10 Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery (70%)

The original installment in the Austin Powers series has the titular 1960s secret agent waking up in the '90s. Learning that his style, knowledge, and clothing is out of date, he gets help from current ladies to get up to date and defeat Dr. Evil.

Carrie Fisher makes a cameo in the film as a therapist who leads a group session in hopes of helping fathers and sons reconnect with one another. The film's light comedy and goofy story had audiences amused.

9 White Lightnin' (81%)

This 2009 thriller takes inspiration from the life of Virginian Appalachian mountain dancer Jesco White. After the death of his father, he finds himself keeping the legacy going by heading on the road. Carrie Fisher plays Cilla, a woman who Jesco eventually meets and falls for.

8 Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi (82%)

The final installment in the original Star Wars trilogy hit theaters in 1983. This time around, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Han Solo set out to take down Jabba the Hut and Darth Vader once and for all. With the Galactic Empire planning on creating a second Death Star, the Rebel Alliance finds that its time is passing quickly.

Naturally, Fisher resumed her role as Leia. In this film, she ends up strangling Jabba to death, discovering that Luke is her brother, and sinking deeper into her romance with Hans. The beautiful visuals, exciting action sequences, and emotional conclusion left fans satisfied.

7 The Blues Brothers (84%)

This '80s comedy film, based on the SNL musical sketch "The Blues Brothers," tells of the titular characters who set out to keep the Catholic orphanage they lived in as children from closing. Their plan of attack? To get their band back together in order to raise the money needed. This isn't easy, however, with the police on their tails.

Carrie Fisher plays a character known as the Mystery Woman. Though she used to be one of the brother's fiancée, she ends up trying to kill him after the wedding is called off. The charming cast and funny plot were applauded, as were the great car chases and musical numbers.

6 When Harry Met Sally (90%)

This iconic '80s rom-com tells of Harry and Sally, who wonder whether a man and a woman can ever be "just friends" with one another. They continue to ponder this question over the course of several years in which they consistently run into each other.

Though Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan play the leading couple, Carrie Fisher plays Sally's best friend, Marie. She continues to offer Sally advice throughout the years while getting intertwined in a romance of her own.

The film's unique and charming look at love has cemented it as a favorite of many.

5 Star Wars: The Last Jedi (91%)

The eighth installment in the Star Wars series marks Fisher's final film appearance. In this movie, Rey locates Luke Skywalker on a private island and asks him to teach her the ways of the Force. Though Luke is at first reluctant, he eventually agrees to help her take down Kylo Ren and the First Order.

Meanwhile, Poe and Finn prepare for their biggest fight yet. Leia also helps the Resistance ready itself.

4 Hannah And Her Sisters (91%)

This '86 comedy-drama explores the dysfunctional lives of various family members, with the story beginning and ending on Thanksgiving Day two years apart.

Fisher plays a character named April, who is a fellow actress and friend of Holly, until they end up auditioning for the same roles. The film received much acclaim for being sweet, meaningful, and funny. With a strong script and direction, Hannah and Her Sisters scored high.

3 Star Wars: The Force Awakens (93%)

The first installment in the Star Wars sequel trilogy picks up thirty years after the Galactic Empire has been defeated. This time around, the evil Kylo Ren looks to take down the Resistance. After a young scavenger comes across a secret map, she sets out to find the owner with help from a former stormtrooper. Of course, Fisher portrays Leia, who heads up the rebels.

The 2015 space opera brought new life to the Star Wars series, as it was revitalized for another generation yet again. The performances, graphics, thrill, and emotion had moviegoers eager for more.

2 Star Wars: A New Hope (93%)

Far before the Star Wars sequel trilogy was making a name for itself, the original Star Wars film was flying into theaters.

The opening installment sees Princess Leia being held hostage by The Imperial Forces under the guidance of Darth Vader. It's up to Luke Skywalker and Han Solo to save Leia and save the galaxy. A New Hope launched the iconic multi-decade franchise, and thanks to its imagination, audience members were left wanting more.

1 Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (94%)

Topping off the list as Carrie Fisher's highest-scoring movie of all time is The Empire Strikes Back. Following A New Hope, Episode V has Leia and Han heading away in the Millennium Falcon while Luke sets out to track down Yoda. With the Imperial forces still looming, it is up to the rebels to keep the galaxy safe.

The entertaining film received universal love from fans who were further immersed in the Star Wars universe. The Empire Strikes Back along with the rest of the series could have never been the same without Fisher's charm.
