Deadpool is one of the most unique superheroes ever. Not only does he always do literally whatever he wants, but he's also one of the few heroes who realizes that he actually lives in the world of comic books and that people can read about his adventures with his constant fourth-wall-breaking commentary.
Deadpool is violent, unpredictable, flirtatious, free-spirited, more than slightly insane, and he doesn't shy away from killing his enemies. All this means that he's not easy to get along with, and while there are some Marvel heroes who respect Deadpool and his special brand of craziness, others despise him and would prefer to never see him again.
10 Respects: Daredevil
On paper, these two have absolutely nothing in common. Matt Murdock works as a lawyer while Wade Wilson mocks the law. One tries not to hurt his enemies (not too badly, anyway), but the other likes nothing more than to get rid of them permanently. Yet, somehow these two make it work and while it's debatable whether you can call them friends, they certainly are friendly. They teamed up more than once in the comics and even though Deadpool is a handful, Matt still finds him quite amusing from time to time. That is a guarantee that their every shared adventure is fun to read.
9 Despises: Wolverine
Deadpool is one of the heroes with whom it's difficult to get along well at first... but the more you'll get to know him, the more you can get used to him -- and even begin to like him. The same goes for Wolverine, who's gruff and distant at first, even rude and violent sometimes, but he has many good character traits that make him an invaluable member of the X-Men. Since the two men are like fire and water, it's no surprise that when they first meet in the comics, Wolverine can't stand Deadpool and isn't afraid to show it. Their relationship improves with time, though.
8 Respects: Captain America
Unless he's secretly a Hydra soldier, mind-controlled, or fighting in the Civil War against Iron Man and other heroes, Captain America is actually a pretty friendly guy and he usually does his best to try and find the positive side of other heroes, even those as quirky and strange as Deadpool. Their respect is mutual - while Deadpool might not be so eager to show it, he actually cares about what Steve Rogers thinks of him. Captain America and Deadpool teamed up on more than one occasion and they also meet in civil life from time to time, like when Steve was Wade's best man at his wedding.
7 Despises: Spider-Man
As said above, Deadpool can be a very flirtatious person and he had many crushes both in the comics and the two Deadpool films with Ryan Reynolds. Unfortunately for Deadpool, most of these crushes don't share his affection, and some of them are downright annoyed by Deadpool's presence. This certainly rings true for Spider-Man.
Deadpool greatly admires Spider-Man and even downright declares his feelings for him, but Spider-Man just wants to get as far away from Deadpool as possible. The two eventually become friends, though, and share many great adventures in the comics together. It doesn't really surprise anyone that fans like to ship these two, and Deadpool would surely agree with them on this!
6 Respects: Black Widow
Deadpool may not have scored with Spider-Man (at least not in the way he imagined), but he did manage to gain the affection of another famous Marvel superhero -- Natasha Romanoff, also known as Black Widow. It happened while Black Widow was temporarily a member of the Thunderbolts. The group hunted Deadpool and when Black Widow and Deadpool fought, he unmasked her and decided to make her fall in love with him. It worked out well in the end for him as Black Widow saved his life when another Thunderbolts member lopped off Deadpool's head.
5 Despises: Hulk
Bruce Banner might be kind-hearted, mild-mannered, polite, and civil... but Hulk is much different from him. Deadpool has fought many Marvel superheroes and villains during his existence, and Hulk was one of them. To be fair to Hulk, their fight was Deadpool's fault since he provoked Hulk into fighting him in the first place. When they were fighting, Hulk was planning to squash Deadpool, but Deadpool put a post in the ground in the exact place where Hulk jumped, so Hulk ended up impaled by the post and lost the fight. Needless to say, it didn't exactly make him like Deadpool.
4 Respects: Bucky Barnes
Bucky Barnes spent a significant portion of his life as a villain, the mysterious and deadly Winter Soldier, but when given the chance, he chooses to be a hero so he deserves to be on this list. Bucky, Captain America, and Deadpool teamed up during a time travel adventure and worked together pretty well.
Unfortunately for Deadpool, since time travel was involved, Captain America and Bucky also had trouble remembering who he actually was which made some of their encounters awkward at first. And one of them ended tragically when Bucky thought that Deadpool was a Nazi and shot Deadpool in the head. Most of the time, though, these two got along alright.
3 Despises: Punisher
Just like Deadpool himself, Punisher is as far away from your average, run-of-the-mill superhero as humanly possible, and it's more appropriate to call him an antihero since he doesn't shy away from killing. In fact, he sees it as the only option in many cases. However, no matter how brutal and merciless Frank Castle can be, his killing spree has a clear system to it, and there are rules which he doesn't break -- like killing only the bad guys and leaving the good guys alone. Deadpool, on the other hand, has no rules, preferring to bend the rules to his will, and that doesn't warm him to Punisher.
2 Respects: Psylocke
Deadpool is a complicated person who does a lot of strange things, but when everything's said and done, he can still do the right thing -- fight on the good side. So even though he's an antihero, he still had good working relationships with many superheroes, and even has friends among them. As for Psylocke, she is another example showing that Deadpool can play well with others, as long as he actually puts some effort into it and doesn't spend all of his time joking, flirting, and goofing off. Psylocke and Deadpool are both members of the team X-Force and they relied on one another often enough to give this one a pass.
1 Despises: Thing
The relationship between Deadpool and the entire Fantastic Four is far from perfect, especially since Deadpool tries to kill them (and also succeeds) in one comic book storyline. However, he and the Thing will most likely never become friends. Not only do these two have completely different characters, but they also approach fighting the villains in completely separate ways. The Thing just wants to do his own thing (pun intended), but he's usually not a killer (unlike Deadpool), and he doesn't approve of killing, just like some other superheroes on this list. Even if Deadpool didn't attack Ben's friends and family, they would have never really gotten along anyway.
