The complete Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 trophy/achievement list has now been unveiled. Treyarch is back with yet another installment in their long-running Black Ops series, but this time, instead of containing an extravagant, futuristic story arc that players can dive into, they've abandoned their dedicated single-player campaign mode and have refocused all their efforts on multiplayer, which now includes the Call of Duty franchise's first-ever battle royale mode - Blackout.
It's understandable, given the current trends in the gaming industry, that Blackout will account for a significant majority of people playing the game, but the core Call of Duty multiplayer experience is also quite prevalent in the new 2018 title. And so, Activision and Treyarch have made sure that the game's trophy/achievements list is filled to the brim with challenges from both the regular multiplayer experience and the new battle royale mode.

In total, there are 52 trophies/achievements for the main Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 title and another 10 for the game's upcoming DLC, which is required either to be purchased separately or part of the season pass.

- Power Struggle - In Classified, reach round 20 without turning on the power
- Preemptive Strike - In Classified, kill 50 Nova 6 Crawlers without letting them explode in a single game
- The Highest Office - In Classified, reach round 20 without an elevator
- Crawl for Help - In Classified, while in last stand use a teleporter and then get revived in a single game
- Step on the Gas - In Classified, kill 50 zombies while affected by Nova 6 Crawler gas in a single game
- Pent-up-agon - In Classified, complete 5 consecutive rounds without leaving the war room elevator

As previously mentioned, there aren't any single-player campaign trophies/achievements because there isn't a campaign in the game. However, there is still a narrative that "weaves" through the multiplayer experience, something akin to what Respawn Entertainment has done with their Titanfall series. Of course, in addition to having trophies/achievements for both the core multiplayer modes as well as Blackout, Black Ops 4 also brings back Treyarch's iconic zombies mode. So, there are plenty of achievements to obtain by playing that, too.
Since there's much more content on the way for Black Ops 4 (notably coming as part of the season pass, though presumably not all of it will be free), especially for the zombies and Blackout modes, which Treyarch promises to routinely update throughout the game's life cycle, it's possible that more trophies/achievements will be added to the game down the line. But, for now, there are plenty of challenges already on the docket for players to try to attain now that the game is out now on store shelves.
