Even Stevens: Worst Thing Each Character Has Done | ScreenRant

Even Stevens has some of the best Disney Channel characters, and they're known for their crazy situations. Louis and Ren are always at odds, and their friends and family usually do a good job of keeping them in check.

Even the most cool-headed characters still lose it and do disappointing things. We love them all, but they're written so well that they are very human! Here are the worst things the main characters of Even Stevens have done. With the magic of Disney+, you can see it all for yourself.

10 Louis: "Foodzilla"

Louis messes up a lot. That's partly the point of the show. It's difficult to narrow it down to one worst moment, but here we go. The middle schooler lacks major sensitivity in the season one episode "Foodzilla."Louis tries to expose cafeteria ingredients and nab the cafeteria lady. In his attempt at hard-hitting journalism, Louis interviews the cafeteria lady and humiliates her (and himself) on the school's Wombat Report news show. At lunch, the kids start calling their cafeteria worker "Foodzilla," so she quits. Eileen tells Louis and Ren to go to the lunch lady's house to apologize, so they do. The woman is justifiably upset, and she starts yodeling for Ren and Louis. The Stevens kids somehow make themselves heroes by giving the cafeteria worker, who we finally learn is named Elsa Schotz, a makeover. Mrs. Schotz does not return to school because she goes to Vegas and marries the school janitor.

9 Ren: "Thin Ice"

In season two, Ren makes a date with hunky Bob Deaver even though her family has already made plans with the Minklers, their old neighbors who have just moved back to Sacramento. This episode goes against Ren's good girl image. She fakes being sick so that her parents will go meet the Minklers without her. Ren then sneaks out to go ice skate with Bobby. It turns out, Nelson Minkler has faked sick, too. It's sad to hear him say that he did it because he didn't want to force Ren to be his friend. Nelson's feelings are hurt, but he and Ren bond at the rink and smooth things over.

8 Eileen: "Wild Child"

Eileen allows her campaign consultant to change the image of her family in favor of more votes as she gets ready to run for Secretary of State in season two. Everyone looks overly formal, wearing fancy clothes and stiff smiles.

Louis acts out when the family is on the news, but Eileen recognizes that she should never have let someone try to make her family something that they're not. This is a great episode because the whole family contributes to the comedy and the lesson.

7 Steve: "The Thomas Gribalski Affair"

The blame in this season two episode is tricky. It all starts when Louis and Twitty are playing one of their wacky games in the living room. Steve Stevens comes in with a leprechaun lawn gnome-type structure that he needs help whittling. Tom is standing by, so Louis suggests that his dad whittle with Tom. Steve gets a little too excited about his new friend. Pretty soon, Tom has Steve's direct phone line at work, and the two are on a first-name basis. Louis becomes more and more upset that his dad has someone new to hang out with, even though he never hangs out with his dad normally. Things get a little strained when Louis tries to go golfing with his dad and Tom. Louis makes his point that he feels left out, Tom goes home to "mend fences" with his neglected mother, and Steve listens to how Louis really feels. The father and son compromise and play Louis's crazy living room tennis game together.

6 Twitty: "My Best Friend's Girlfriend"

Louis feels left out again when Twitty gets a girlfriend in season three. Twitty and Allison start spending all their time together. Twitty makes a couple of efforts to keep hanging out with Louis, but it just doesn't work. He is totally distracted and mostly ignores his friends. While this is understandable when someone begins a new relationship, it really alienates Louis. He tries to find a replacement best friend with Tom, but he really misses his times with Twitty. Twitty misses Louis more than he realizes, especially when his girl just doesn't want to do fun things like frolic in packing materials. Twitty takes the break-up pretty hard, so Louis decides to help. Allison comes back, and Twitty finds a way to include his friends again.

5 Donnie: "My Best Friend's Girlfriend" (Again)

In the same episode, Ren beats Donnie in a rock climbing contest. Donnie can't stand to lose, so he turns everything into a competition with his sister and even yells "Ooga-Chaka" at her. It goes so far that the two have a limbo challenge in the kitchen. Steve's outfit hilariously changes to Hawaiian attire. The siblings later have a rematch on the rock climbing. Ren is about to let Donnie win because he has been "a competitive jerk" to her all week. He realizes his wrongdoing, they scale the fake mountain once more, and Donnie has a much better attitude when Ren wins this time.

4 Ruby: "Starstruck"

Season two opens with Ruby Mendel's obsession: BBMak. She starts off as a fan of their music, but her admiration for the boy group soon takes over her life. Ruby will not listen to reason and takes her devotion for BBMak to unhealthy levels, ultimately needing intervention. Once she is over her craze, she and the gang get to meet the popular group. But then, Ruby falls in love with Louis instead.

3 Tawny: "Sadie Hawkins Day"

This one is complicated, but Tawny's worst moment is when she does not ask Louis to the Sadie Hawkins dance. In Tawny's defense, Louis acts weird and plays it off like he is cool and in demand. Tawny is too smart not to know how much Louis likes her, though. Monique saves the day and agrees to be Louis's date to the dance. Perhaps one of the greatest scenes of the show, Steve Stevens calls out the square dancing instructions.

The whole time, Louis and Monique are dancing, and Tawny and her date, Tad, are dancing. And Tawny and Louis are looking at each other. Louis pulls the plug on Tawny and Tad's mock wedding. Tawny tells Louis that he's the one who made things complicated and says, "We should get back out there." All is well when Louis and Tawny share a dance at the end after Tad and Monique "get hitched."

2 Bobby Deaver: "Sibling Rivalry"

Mandy "Always Gets Her Man" Sanchez strikes again. She tried to steal Ren's Bobby in the season two episode "Devil Mountain." Just a few episodes later, she is Bobby's lab partner. Bobby reassures Ren that that is all they are. Louis is trying to find something that will humiliate Ren on their "Sibling Rivalry" game show appearance. He catches Bobby and Mandy sharing a kiss at school on tape. Louis decides not to show the tape on television, but he does share it with Ren to let her know what is going on. Ren is heartbroken, she and Bobby break up, and she gives him back his letterman jacket. Bobby goes from heartthrob to dirt bag in this episode.

1 Beans: "Surfs Up"

A Bobby may fade, but a Beans is forever. He brings a lot of fresh laughs to the show and gives Louis a younger counterpart. Beans does some strange and questionable things, and one of the worst (or best, depending on how you look at it) is in the third season. As the series nears its end, the characters enjoy a beach day. Beans spends it with a metal detector and picks up other people's belongings. Tawny and Tom catch Beans in the act with his mischievous grin. Tom tells Beans, "Young man, I'll have a gander at that sack." Everyone's belongings are recovered.
