KUWTK: Kylie Jenner Says Someone 'close to Home' Tested Positive for Coronavirus

Just because the world is in a pandemic, that doesn't mean Keeping Up with the Kardashians has stopped. There are new episodes airing every week and they are even filming for an upcoming season of the show. Even without a standard crew, they have managed to get some high-quality footage from cell phone videos, recorded zoom chats, and a tripod camera.

With so many people in the Kardashian/Jenner family who seem to hang out constantly, it's a major change in their routine to be so isolated at this time. But, let's be honest, they are "so isolated" in million-dollar mansions located in Calabasas, California. As far as the quarantine setup goes, theirs are all pretty premium. Even so, they're going through some struggles just like other people. This is especially true since they live in Los Angeles County, a hot zone for the virus.

Even though the coronavirus outbreak is happening right now, there is already a trailer for upcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians episodes about this time. The devil works hard, but the Keeping Up with the Kardashians team works even harder. They are truly always "keeping up with" this family, no matter what is happening in the outside world. In the trailer, Kim Kardashian remarks, "The White House says the coronavirus is serious," which is the understatement of the century. But, in her defense, it's unclear when she made that comment. She also shares a sneak peek at her home school setup. Scott Disick admits that he's getting "a little stir crazy." The family even engages in Zoom chats to stay in touch and to provide footage for their show, of course. They need to get a little bit creative during a pandemic. Kylie Jenner films herself with her phone, sharing her thoughts on the current situation. She admits, "It's just scary when someone so close to home has tested positive."

More likely than not, she's just making a generalization about the volume of positive diagnoses in California and it's not actually a comment about someone she knows. That's the beauty of a trailer, right? However, the Kardashian/Jenner family does have a pretty extensive inner circle of friends who have become family, friends who are "close to home," if you will. Even so, there doesn't seem to be any public indication that anyone specifically has contracted the virus. These corona-related Keeping Up with the Kardashians episodes don't air until September 2020, so it's gonna be a while before fans find out who Kylie was talking about.
