What We Do In The Shadows Season 3 Ordered By FX | Screen Rant

FX Network has ordered a third season for What We Do In The Shadows, the TV adaptation of the 2014 New Zealand mockumentary of the same title. Nick Grad, President of Original Programming at FX Entertainment, made the announcement today with three episodes left to air in season 2, tantalizing the prospect of more vampire mischief to come, including something known as "brain scramblies." With a 94% Fresh rating on RottenTomatoes, the TV series continues to satisfy new viewers and fans of the movie alike and gives creator Jemaine Clement more chances to explore the world he created with Taika Waititi.

FX reports that season 2, which was renewed May of last year and debuted April 15, 2020, is currently averaging 3.2 million Total Viewers across all linear and non-linear platforms, representing a %25 increase over last year's numbers during season 1. Grad proudly stated that "[w]e're incredibly happy that critics and audiences are all in on Shadows," adding that "[w]eek in and week out, the producers, writers, and our amazing cast continue to make one of the funniest and best comedy series on TV."
