RHOC: Why Tamra Judge Thinks Bravo Should Fire Kelly Dodd

Why did Real Housewives of Orange County's Tamra Judge think Bravo should fire Kelly Dodd? Tamra believes that Dodd has become a major liability to the network.

Dodd has never been a housewife to back down from a good fight and has been a staple on the show for many seasons now. Her character flaws help bring the drama with her most of the time as she is fairly easy to upset. Regardless of her sometimes mean girl persona portrayed on the show, she had been trying to control her anger and lead a calmer life. Most recently, Dodd became engaged to Fox News anchor Rick Leventhal. The Real Housewives of Orange County's Kelly Dodd has once again denied that she has been fired from the original franchise due to her relationship.

Now, Tamra Judge is calling on Bravo to remove her former friend from the original franchise. During an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, Judge made it known to fans that she was not comfortable with Dodd’s “racist remarks.” The mother referred to the TMZ of Dodd as “disgusting.” After numerous fans asked where she stood, the Bravo personality said she believes that Bravo should have a zero-tolerance policy at this point. The network should not just be singling out certain talent. The TMZ video was taped back in 2016 and showed Dodd outside a Los Angeles establishment. She was caught saying she did not “like” or “know any black guys.”

Earlier this month Dodd has been called out about possibly losing her orange, but she has tried to quiet the rumors. The 44-year-old has had a rough go of it this week between firing rumors and internet trolls going after her right-winged fiancé. Dodd responded that she had not been fired and in fact was set to film next week.

While die-hard Real Housewives of Orange County fans know that Judge and Dodd gave up on their friendship at the end of last season, Judge herself has made the choice to move on from the show. Her ex-husband, Simon Barney was diagnosed with cancer. Vicki Gunvalson has quit as she believed she was more than the friend label. Bravo has started to clear house since the unfortunate Vanderpump Rules events with Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni. Fans of the popular reality TV network had no patience for their disgusting behavior and were happy to see them go. Many are preparing themselves for the cancellation of Vanderpump Rules as well.
