Alum of The Bachelorette and The Bachelor Nick Viall is no stranger to the limelight and even years after his season, he's still a prominent figure in the Bachelor Nation world. He was the Bachelor on season 21 and ended up finding love and getting down on one knee to propose to Vanessa Grimaldi. Little did they both know, they would be single again in just nine months after the show. So, what ever happened to Grimaldi?
Viall started his journey with Bachelor Nation when he went on Andi Dorfman's season of The Bachelorette and was the runner-up next. He was then on season 11 when Kaitlyn Bristowe was the Bachelorette and, again, came in runner-up. Still hopeful to find love, he accepted the challenge and became the season 21 Bachelor. After choosing Grimaldi as his future wife, she picked up her whole life and moved to Los Angeles to move in with her new boo.
Grimaldi and Viall broke up five months after going public after the show ended. ET reported that the two had different outlooks on life and their relationship far before they even broke up. Viall wanted the fame, the cameras, and the popularity and Grimaldi just wanted love and to get to know her new fiance out of the limelight. While they might not have worked out, Grimaldi eventually did find what she was looking for in a life partner.
On August 9 of this year, she announced to the world that she did find happily ever after with her new fiancé, Josh Wolfe. He's a Canadian as well, which works out perfectly for Grimaldi. They have two dogs together and their Instagrams are mushy-gushy and lovey-dovey. Viall commented on her engagement post saying, "Well thank god I followed you back a week ago to hear this news. Congrats to you two! Lucky guy."
As for Viall, there doesn't seem to be any special ladies in his life at the moment. He's busy working on his podcast, The Viall Files, which focuses on sex and dating—go figure. He also founded his own essential oil company, Natural Habits, and is busy working on that as well.
Tonight, episode 9 of The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons-Ever will air featuring Viall's season, and viewers might just get the inside scoop on what he's up to.
