The infamous DC anti-hero known as Harley Quinn has become so popular that she earned an animated series that is acclaimed by the public and critics. Her animated adventures are somewhat satirical and placed in its own universe, which Harley continuously messes up throughout the show.
Season 2 recently ended with a romantic and chaotic finale, which can be considered a perfect ending since the romantic vibe this whole second part maintained with its Harley-Ivy-Kiteman love triangle. The second season, therefore, has offered some incredibly remarkable episodes, which IMDb carefully ranked.
10 "Bachelorette" 8.4
The events of the ninth episode take place on Themyscira, which has been taken over and turned into an expensive sleek resort. Ivy and Harley sleep together twice, all of the bridesmaids go crazy, and King Shark is requested at home; the drama and romance are unforgettable and exciting, just like the action and fights. After messing up the whole place to give Ivy an unforgettable bachelorette party, all of the girls work together to successfully save the Amazons and defeat the villain who's been submitting them.
9 "Riddle U" 8.4
There are plenty of reasons why the second episode of season 2 is iconic, and the Riddler's presence is one of them. Now that Gotham is a "No Man's Land", the villains have taken over and split up the territories, making the city a living nightmare for its citizens. However, Harley and Ivy end up teaming up with a young Barbara Gordon, who gets a new origin in the series; Batgirl's birth is one of the most remarkable events of the whole episode.
8 "Batman's Back Man" 8.5
The fifth episode of season 2 is one of the funniest of them all, especially thanks to quirky characters such as Bane and the satirical grumpy version of Batman, who's frustrated because of his inability to fight crime. Everyone is on alert since Harley has taken every Gotham criminal down - except for Two-Face. It's also an iconic episode as the public gets to see one of Batgirl's first battles against crime.
7 "The Runaway Bridesmaid" 8.6
The 13th episode of season two is a pretty chaotic and, at the same time, moving one. Harley tries to save Ivy and Kiteman's marriage from the GCPD's attack, and, in the process, she proves herself and her love for a nervous and annoyed bride. While fighting for her best friend, she indeed demonstrates that she wants what's best for Ivy, which brings us to the final scene in which Ivy trusts Harley with her heart and finally says "I love you back".
6 "Thawing Hearts" 8.7
In the fourth episode, while Ivy and Kiteman organize their marriage, Harley has to carry on her plan to take Gotham back from all the villains who used to rule it during No Man's Land and, therefore, goes after Mr. Freeze. The public gets to see the popular story of Victor and Nora, which gives a few moving moments and adds some sweetness to the episode - although it ends in a pretty comical and messy way.
5 "Inner Parademons" 8.7
Harley goes full crazy in the eighth episode of season 2, for in the previous one she and Ivy had kissed for the first time in the whole series. Harley wants to confess her romantic feelings; Ivy, however, doesn't reciprocate and chooses to proceed with marrying Kiteman.
To keep herself distracted and appear careless, Harley gets an army (given by Darkseid) to conquer Gotham and destroys the city, causing the death of numerous people too. It's obvious why it's a good episode.
4 "A Fight Worth Fighting For" 8.7
The eleventh episode is a quite original and refreshing one, that the public and critics loved. Harley goes after the now-mentally-stable Joker, this time not for love but out of an attempt to save Ivy and defeat Psycho's army. A weird but amusing element is that Joker has found real love and is happily married with two kids; the sarcasm and jokes were one of the best traits of this episode, moreover, it hilariously played with the concept of Joker and Harley as exes.
3 "Lovers' Quarrel" 8.8
One of the most chaotic episodes of season 2 is the 12th one, in which Psycho gets a hold of Gotham's villains and eventually of the Justice League, too. Harley finds herself fighting for the right cause again, but Psycho mind-controls all of her allies, including Ivy.

The public gets to see some of Ivy's true power as she manages to get the upper hand on the Justice League; moreover, Harley manages to snap Ivy out of Psycho's control by kissing her!
2 "All The Best Inmates Have Daddy Issues" 8.9
The sixth episode of the second season is made of flashbacks and debates, and it definitely shouldn't be missed. Ivy and Harley spot a sane Joker and start revisiting the past; this is the best part of the episode, as we get to see more of the characters' origins and how they met. It gives a new and original take on Harley and Ivy's first meeting and a wacky and mentally sane version of the Joker.
1 "There's No Place To Go But Down" 9.0
Harley and Ivy are locked up in Bane's under-ground prison and the GCPD and Batgirl decide to deal with Two-Face for good in this seventh episode. This episode is full of remarkable jokes and scenes, as the criminals are represented outside of their villainous routines and depicted as ordinary people who speak and try to heal normally (this series excels at contextualizing villains in normal situations). This is, moreover, the episode in which Harley and Ivy kiss for the first time!
