Game Of Thrones: Every Lannister Sorted Into Their Divergent Faction

Game of Thrones may be over, but fans of this hit show will continue to talk about it, debate it, and binge it for many years to come. Every die-hard fan definitely has their favorite house, and they all probably love to hate and hate to love the Lannisters.

This house may have had some of the most wicked villains, but it also has some of the most dynamic and interesting characters from this HBO series. For dystopian lovers, Divergent is another lovable series - and it's just another way of sorting everyone's favorite characters. It's time to sort this house into the factions.

10 Jaime Lannister - Dauntless

Jaime is probably the hardest member of this house to fit into a faction, and it's likely because he changes the most throughout the series. At first, Jaime hides being his power and position - and he's actually kind of a coward.

However, Brienne teaches him to fight for what is important and to have courage, and he becomes a man willing to do anything for what matters to him. He is brave, and he would make Dauntless proud.

9 Lancel Lannister - Abnegation

Lancel Lannister is exactly what an Abnegation member would be if they took every aspect of the faction to extremes. He is serving, selfless, and pure - which he does in order to best serve the High Sparrow.

He checks off all the boxes of this faction, by being nothing special in particular, except for the fact that his duty is rooted in violence and hate. However, this is the best faction for him to fit.

8 Gregor Clegane - Dauntless

Gregor Clegane, better known as the Mountain, is not actually a Lannister, but he does have full allegiance to Cersei - rather than his own familial heritage. This man is known for having no emotion, and he's quite literally nothing more than a beast by the end.

He's as brave as they come, and he doesn't really care about any sort of consequences or risks. He would scare all members of the Dauntless, which is certainly saying someting.

7 Tywin Lannister - Erudite

Tywin prides himself in knowledge. He'd certainly be competing with Jeanine for the leadership of the Erudite, and Tywin's cruelty and loyalty to his house might just give him an edge over her.

This faction is about knowledge, and using it as power, while keeping one's position and the entire faction strong. This is without a doubt where this intelligent character belongs.

6 Tommen Baratheon - Amity

Every fan of this show was heartbroken when Tommen met his untimely and unfortunate death. This Lannister had the biggest heart of them all, and he probably could have actually done some general good on the throne.

Of course, he is Amity at heart, and cares about peace and love. He does not like war or manipulation, and this king would have fit perfectly into this sweet and gentle faction.

5 Kevan Lannister - Abnegation

Kevan Lannister appears the least on the series of this house, but fans will likely remember him as being at odds with Tywin and Cersei throughout most of his appearances. During council meetings and conversations, he sought for the most peaceful option.

He selflessly cared about his family, but also did not want to see destruction of any kind for anyone. While he's almost an Amity, he is much too serving in politics to fit there - so he makes a great member of Abnegation.

4 Tyrion Lannister - Erudite

One of Tyrion's most famous lines is certainly "I drink, and I know things", and there's no better place for this kind of motto to end up than in the faction of Erudite. Tyrion always knows what is going on - and that's one of his biggest assets.

He never acts hastily, but uses all of his knowledge to come to the best decision he possibly can. He would make any member of this faction incredibly proud.

3 Joffrey Baratheon - Candor

Joffrey was one of the worst villains on the show, and he lacks many of the values that each of these factions have. However, he's certainly not brave, peaceful, intelligent, or selfless, so that leaves Candor.

This faction is known for being honest and open, and they hate secrets. Joffrey is actually a bit too devoted to revealing truths - no matter how unpleasant they are.

2 Myrcella Baratheon - Amity

Myrcella likes to skip through the gardens with her lover, living a blissful, peaceful, and innocent life. She does not care for politics or revenge or bad blood, and that makes her a perfect candidate for the Amity faction.

If she put on a red shirt, no one would ever suspect a thing at the Amity compound. This sweet character wanted peace and bliss too much for her own good.

1 Cersei Lannister - Erudite

Cersei, Tywin, and Tyrion don't always get along, and it's probably because they all represent the qualities of Erudite to extremes. Like her brother, Cersei values knowledge, but she uses it to deceive others and gain footing of her own.

She has eyes and ears everywhere, because as a queen and a woman, her biggest tool is her mind. This intelligent and powerful character would certainly scare the socks off of Jeanine.
