The Real Housewives of Atlanta is all set to debut before the holidays and Bravo fans would like to figure out everything there is to know about newbie, LaToya Ali.
Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is right around the corner and Bravo viewers are going to have to prepare for a season without the famed NeNe Leakes. Along with Leakes’ exit, Eva Marcille was not too far behind, as she closed the door on her housewife chapter as well. But two new women are ready to join the action and take a juicy bite out of their peach. Drew Sidora and LaToya Ali have both been green-lighted to join the cast.
But who is LaToya Ali and what exactly will she bring to the table? According to Oprah Magazine, Ali is a social media influencer. According to the outlet, she hails from Canada and goes by her social media handle, LaToya Forever. Fans may be surprised that Ali was considered back in 2015 for the show but for unknown reasons it did not work out.
The 33-year-old has a YouTube page of over 1.4 million subscribers and lets fans into her life before the show has even started. The new housewife also has three children with ex Adam Ali: Samia, Zayn, and Ayah. She was married to her husband for six-year but in June of 2020 filed for divorce. There was concern that her ex-husband, Adam Ali, was not willing to have certain things filmed. If that was the case, LaToya Ali would have been made into a friend of the housewives. Fans will be excited to know that she already has an in since she is very close friends with Kandi Burruss. She has also had her share of hosting gigs, such as the American Music Awards. The mother of three has also written her own autobiography, called LaToya’s Life: Uncut Mishaps of a YouTube Star, which was released back in November of 2018. Bravo networks were looking to make a change in the franchise, as they were aiming to bring in a younger, fresher group of women. The entire Bravo franchise is looking to have a makeover from The Real Housewives of New York to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is set to air on December 6th and will feature the women's struggle throughout the pandemic. The film crew was also supposed to film Cynthia Bailey’s wedding but because of the pandemic, the cameras opted out. They did however catch the bachelorette party where it was rumored that Tanya Sam and Porsha Williams hooked up. Hopefully, newbie LaToya Ali will fit in well with the other ladies!
