It’s funny how Topher Park has never even featured on 90 Day Fiancé but is still as popular as Deavan Clegg or her ex Jihoon. When reports of Deavan’s shocking separation from Jihoon surfaced in August, so did the news of her dating a "mystery man.” But Deavan revealing Topher’s identity on Instagram has also made both of them inseparable ever since. The Los Angeles based accountant recently celebrated his birthday with 90 Day Fiancé’s Deavan gushing over how much better he is than Jihoon, in her lovestruck IG post.
If Deavan’s relationship with Jihoon on 90 Day Fiancé, a man she’d met on a random dating app was weird, her story with Topher is even more confusing. According to the Utah native, she’d bumped into Topher the first time she ever went to South Korea. And this, although not revealed by Deavan, was in 2017 when she was already pregnant with baby Taeyang. As Deavan lived out one of the most complicated storylines with Jihoon for two seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way and also called it quits by the end of season 2, Topher and her began their romance. Since his split, not only has Jihoon accused Topher of stepping on his toes as a father for Taeyang, but Deavan and he also wear matching rings. And while the 90 Day Fiancé star denies being engaged or married, Deavan’s IG followers have recently seen her referring to Topher as her “hubby.” But it is Deavan’s new post wishing Topher a happy 28 that really does feel like her also taking a diss at Jihoon.
If there’s anything that 90 Day Fiancé's Deavan’s Instagram stories have been talking about recently, it’s her love for Topher. The couple seems to have celebrated his 28th birthday at a fancy suite and with a Mexican dinner, as Deavan posted in her stories using a BTS song in the background. On her feed, however, Deavan shared a sweet picture of Topher with Taeyang captioned, “You came into our lives as a surprise. The most amazing surprise. You have brought happiness to this home. And we are so thankful for you.” The 90 Day Fiancé star continued, “You work hard everyday and do everything in your power to make sure each one of us smiles,” which looks like a dig at Jihoon who’s struggles with unemployment were a theme on the TLC show.
“You are the sweetest most genuine person I've ever met. And we are all blessed to have you apart of our little family. I hope all your wishes come true today. Xoxoxox,” gushed Deavan for her new man. Strangely, the 90 Day Fiancé star has turned off the comments on her post following a recent episode of fans allegedly making fun of Topher’s height. After Deavan posting a saucy video of her and Topher kissing, she herself had commented on it with, “Y’all really that mad that I’m tall come on now. We are both 5.9ft what’s the big deal?”
Jihoon, on the other hand, has been throwing his own kind of subtle shade on his 90 Day Fiancé ex-wife. After being blamed for not wanting to keep in touch with her or Taeyang by blocking her, Jihoon had posted “Do not grow up lip… I mean yourself, you’re not a star grow up baby,” as a nasty nudge at Deavan’s botched lip job. Although 90 Day Fiancé fans grabbed the popcorn for a more heated exchange between the couple most famous for their Instagram feuds, Deavan has strangely stayed away from sharing her reply.
