Almost all the couples on season five of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? had a heap of problems to deal with, including Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester. But even when Tania and Syngin started off their reality TV journey on 90 Day Fiancé season seven, many thought the relationship wouldn’t last. The South African Syngin was horribly homesick, while Tania kept taunting him over his drinking habits. But in spite of creating chaos in the Colchester household, the 90 Day Fiancé couple seemed to be together by the end of the season. Herbal medicine practitioner Tania, 30, was in South Africa to meet a different date when her plans changed and she bumped into local bartender Syngin, 29. What started off as a harmless fling soon turned into a full-blown relationship for the TLC couple when Tania stayed on her trip for two whole months! When she finally returned to Connecticut, Tania told Syngin to become her “90 Day Fiancé” and got him to the US on a K-1 visa. However, their relationship was a field of red flags, with Tania living on her mother’s property in a shed, flying to Costa Rica for a month after Syngin’s arrival, and even avoiding her fiancé’s calls. However, as Tania and Syngin settled down and even had their “unconventional” wedding that used tattoos instead of rings, their 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? journey was a doubly worse affair.
Upon flying down to Cape Town due to a family emergency, 90 Day Fiancé’s Syngin second-guessed his plans of living the American dream, while Tanis insisted he find a job. His apparently excessive drinking became a huge problem for Tania, which was amplified by a failed job interview where Syngin apparently had one too many beers (and a shot). However, upon coming back to the USA, the TLC pair discussed how they were on the brink of divorce during the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Tell-All. But amongst the bickering and bad vibes, fans found out from Tania that Syngin finally found himself a job. While Tania’s recent foot injury put her plans of working in the backseat, Syngin currently works as a server. The pair may still be living in the same house in Syngin's namesake town, Colchester, CT, as before, but seem to be in a much better place.
Not only is 90 Day Fiancé’s Syngin preparing to become an American citizen, but Tania is also helping him prepare for his green card process. “Thanks so much my SUGER for all the help you have given me…” Syngin posted on Instagram, thanking his wife by calling her “suger” as “it sounds better.” Syngin and Tania have also been practicing parenting by adopting lots of green babies and growing their own vegetable garden. The couple also seems to have treated their Instagram followers to a new version of themselves in recent days, with Tania posing in lingerie while Syngin is shirtless. “Why we don't post pics too often: Because 99% of them look like this,” Tania wrote about her sexy hotel-room selfie when fans asked if they’d be the next 90 Day Fiancé stars to join OnlyFans. If rumors are to be believed, Syngin and Tania were filming for the upcoming Discovery+ spin-off called 90 Day Diaries, which is supposed to give an “intimate look” into the lives of the franchise’s cast members. While Tania and Syngin may have spent most of their screen time squabbling away it looks like 90 Day Fiancé fans should expect only love moving forward, and probably two new OnlyFans accounts.
