Much as fans are supposed to root for the Princes and Princesses, sometimes, Disney villains are even more fun. Whether they are the sassiest, the smartest, or just the most fun, the villains of the piece have more appeal - especially when it comes to some of the more cookie-cutter princes or painfully good heroines.
So for those who are more into the bad guys than the heroes, which of the Disney villains is the one that could just be your soulmate? Using the stars (and some sense), it's simple to figure out which zodiac sign would work best with which bad guy - who would balance each other out, and who could make their evil dreams (and schemes) come true?
12 Aries: Hades
Aries are passionate, impetuous, and impatient - they would work well with the kind of villain who has a long-term plan, like Hades. Hades spends decades plotting his takeover, and that's a level of forward-thinking that an Aries would work well with. However, Hades also has the sass, passion, and charisma that an Aries needs in a partner.
11 Taurus: Prince John
A Taurus, like Prince John, will be all about the finer things in life - these two would love running their fingers through bags of jewels together. But while Prince John could be a little whiny and not that capable of handling the practicalities in life, a Taurus would be able to take it all in hand and deal with it immediately. They wouldn't be fooled by Robin Hood's disguises, either. Prince John's insecurity might be too much of a turn-off, though.
10 Gemini: Hans
Hans's double-crossing nature has a bit of the worst of the Gemini in it already, but he would also be a great partner for the twins of the zodiac.
A Gemini is always looking to change things up, hates routine, and is incredibly chatty - and coming from a large kingdom, but looking to strike out and create something new, Hans would be a great fit.
9 Cancer: Ursula
Cancer is a water-loving sign, so it's no surprise they would be drawn to the Sea Witch herself! More than that, though, Cancers can be loyal and sympathetic, and would see the best in Ursula, and her banishment as heartbreaking. Together, Ursula and a Cancer partner would be able to manipulate their way back into power, and once there, would be absolutely unmovable.
8 Leo: Yzma
Yzma might not seem the obvious choice for the warm and passionate Leo, but they could actually work extremely well together. A Leo loves expensive things, luxury, comfort, and being treated like a Queen (or King)... but what about being treated like an Emperor? With Kronk relegated to flunky, Yzma and a Leo love would be able to make sure they are treated as true royalty, and if Yzma doles out affection as much as she does insults to the hapless Kronk, these two could be a surprisingly perfect pair.
7 Virgo: Lady Tremaine
These two would be a very similar pair, but that doesn't always have to be a bad thing. A Virgo would appreciate Lady Tremaine's care for her home and appearance, and of course, for cleanliness. A Virgo could never be with someone who didn't mind a mess! These two might end up getting on each other's nerves with criticisms, but they would more likely be able to bond over criticizing everyone else!
6 Libra: Maleficent
Maleficent and a Libra could be a phenomenal power couple - especially given Libra's love of diplomacy, and Maleficent's tendency to curse people that annoy her.
Instead of finding her way to being stabbed in dragon-form by an annoyed prince, if Maleficent had been with a Libra, her partner would have smoothed it all over, and put that magic to better use.
5 Scorpio: Scar
Scorpio is one of the most passionate signs of the zodiac, and one that loves the big things - big dreams, big plans, and people not afraid to put their dreams in motion. Which means that Scar would be an ideal romantic partner for a Scorpio - they might not love how dishonest Scar is, but they would absolutely love their ambition, and how Scar follows through with his plans. The ruthlessness in favor of his dreams would also appeal to a Scorpio (even if the means might not).
4 Saggitarius: Captain Hook
Sagittarius is all about freedom, travel, and adventure - and what villain more accurately matches that than the nefarious Captain Hook? Together, these two would sail the open seas and take on crocodiles and lost boys together. A Saggitarius is also generous, so would have no problem sharing Hook's plunder, as long as they had run of the ship, and didn't have to stress about the details (and Smee is there to do that).
3 Capricorn: Cruella De Vil
A Capricorn loves status, and has a thing for good craftsmanship - the style and success of Cruella would be just right for them. And, like Cruella, Capricorns are often the type of person to become impatient or frustrated when things don't go to their carefully thought-out plan.
In addition, with a Capricorn by her side, Cruella would have known better than to hire bumbling idiots to help with her plan, and these two could ride off into the villainous sunset together (although, of course, wanting to kill puppies is not a Capricorn trait!).
2 Aquarius: Jafar
Aquarians are known as being some of the most progressive of the zodiac signs - so they would be surprisingly well-suited to someone like Jafar, ready to overthrow the established order and put themselves first! Jafar would also do well to listen to the thoughtful considerations of an Aquarian, rather than throwing all his wishes away in an instant (and, should Jafar have been in a relationship, he wouldn't have fallen for Jasmine's seduction). The only real stumbling block here would be that the humanitarian side of an Aquarius wouldn't love his treatment of Aladdin.
1 Pisces: Gaston
Gaston might seem a little too brutish for the gentle Pisces, but these two would be a surprisingly good match. Pisces love a simpler, more connected life, and living in small-town France with musical neighbors would suit them down to the ground. They can also be a little bit too sensitive at times, and Gaston may well balance that out... or he could run roughshod over them. But his desire to be flattered and appreciated would more likely lead to a great pairing, where the caring Pisces would be appropriately appreciated by someone who really just wanted to be admired.
