Keeping Up With The Kardashians: Final Season Clues In The Trailer

The trailer for the final season of E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians includes quite a few hints and clues that will have the fans on the edge of their seats. The entire world has been keeping up with the Kardashian-Jenner family for more than a decade. The show premiered on E! in October 2007, just a few months after Kim's infamous sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J was leaked. Since then, not only has Kim and her famous relatives overcome that initial drama, but they have also built an entire empire from this TV series and their subsequent social media presence.

In 2020, the Kardashian-Jenner family members broke the news that the long-running E! show Keeping Up With The Kardashians would end in 2021, meaning that season 20 of the series would be its last. The fans initially freaked out over the possibility of a post-Kardashian era of reality TV, but what followed shortly after was even more shocking: the Kardashians would not necessarily leave television for good... just end the KUWTK series on E! and move on to something new. Before 2020 ended, Disney announced its deal for a Kardashian-Jenner series to stream exclusively on Hulu.

Now, E! has released a new trailer for the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which will premiere on Thursday, March 18, 2021. After a supercut of iconic moments from the show's 14-year history, the trailer goes to teary-eyed Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian telling their filming crew that they'd no longer be making new seasons of the show. There are then a few other emotional scenes that include crying and hugging, and the trailer moves on to showing a pregnant Khloe Kardashian being embraced by her sisters. Khloe is even shown talking to Tristan Thompson about having another kid. Later, the trailer features the sisters talking about how Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were "definitely made for each other," which is a direct contrast to the recent dating news regarding those two.

The trailer moves on to show Rob Kardashian sharing a sweet moment with his family, and then features Kendall and Kylie Jenner reflecting on their time growing up on KUWTK. In its final seconds, the KUWTK season 20 trailer showcases Kim fully crying as she tells her team that the show is ending, and the words: "The era, the empire, the end." In the end, Kris Jenner looks straight at the camera and asks the million-dollar question that has been on everyone's minds since the family announced the end of this series: "Did we make the right decision by walking away?"

There's no denying that the entire world will be watching the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians when it premieres on March 18. They already have a deal with Hulu for a new project, but only time will tell how long it will take for them to start production on that new series.
