Jersey Shore: Ronnie Arrested For Another Domestic Violence Incident

Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz Magro has been arrested for yet another domestic violence incident. Ronnie was arrested Thursday afternoon in Los Angeles where he recently bought a home. He is currently in police custody following the incident.

Ronnie has a history of domestic violence allegations from his past toxic relationships. He and his baby mama, Jen Harley, were both in and out of jail on numerous occasions during their relationship. His most recent physical altercation with Jen was in October of 2019. The incident resulted in Ronnie being charged with felony domestic violence. Ronnie managed to work out a plea deal to avoid jail time. He was sentenced to 36 months of probation last year.

Despite still being on probation for his last arrest, Ronnie has been taken into police custody for yet another domestic violence incident. He was arrested by Los Angeles County Police on Thursday. As of writing he is still in their custody. TMZ first reported that he "was busted Thursday in Los Angeles for felony domestic violence." The outlet later confirmed that Jen was not involved in the incident. Fans are speculating that his latest girlfriend, Saffire Matos, was in fact involved; however, that is not confirmed. Saffire has been quiet on social media since news broke of his arrest. Ronnie's attorney told TMZ, "We have just learned of the new allegations against Ronnie and need some additional time to further investigate. As such, we will not be making any other statements at this time.”

Ronnie and Jen's 3-year-old daughter, Arianna Sky, was with Ronnie at the time of his arrest. Jen, however, was in Las Vegas. Ronnie's brother allegedly took Arianna under his watch while Jen drove from Nevada to California to pick her up. Just four hours prior to the news breaking, Jen's new boyfriend, Joe, shared a video of Jen getting ready while dressed in a red gown. He later shared the TMZ article to his Instagram Story, confirming that Jen was not involved. He wrote, "For everyone asking! No it wasn't Jen she's been home with me safe and away from that psycho."

For quite some time now, Ronnie was perceived as being down a good path. There were no signs of issues in his relationship with Saffire. His even bragged about the relationship being different than those of his past. None of the Jersey Shore cast members have spoken out on Ronnie's recent arrest.
