Fans of the reality show Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles should get ready for a fun update because we have information to share about season 1 cast members. Fans who enjoyed the first season are curious about what happened to the cast members, including Carol Bird, Scotty Brown, Chase Campen, Shannon McLeod, Dia Shuldenfrei, Ray Shuldenfrei, Lydia Simon, and Chris Cortazzo. Many of them are still working in the Los Angeles real estate business.
In 2006, Million Dollar Listing made its debut on the Bravo network. The reality series follows the professional and personal lives of individuals working within the Los Angeles and New York City real estate markets. Fredrik Eklund is a newer LA cast member who recently posted a video of his house in LA. The first season only had six episodes. Most of the cast members didn’t return for the second or subsequent seasons.
Since her time on Million Dollar Listing, Carol hasn’t appeared in any other series. However, it appears that she’s still a real estate agent specializing in Malibu. When she's not working, she enjoys jumping horses. She also loves tango and salsa dancing.
After Million Dollar Listing, Scotty worked as an assistant location manager for two TV series, Chicago Fire and Matador. He also appeared as himself in a documentary called You Weren’t There: A History of Chicago Punk 1977 to 1984.
According to his @scotty_brown Twitter, he lives in Palm Springs. In 2008, Scotty was diagnosed with cancer but he beat it. He now lives with an inflammatory disease called sarcoidosis. He still sells real estate in Malibu, Camarillo, and Palm Desert, as per Realtor.
Chase has been excelling in his real estate career since Million Dollar Listing, just like Matt Altman, who bought a Sherman Oak estate. Chase sells all over Los Angeles. Chase works in South Bay, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Hollywood Hills, and Hancock Park. He's one of the best-performing realtors in all of LA. He was honored on America’s Best List in 2019. Outside of his career, Chase raised three teenagers. He’s also participated as a leader in various communities. He was previously a president of the Wilshire Rotary Club. As well, he's worked alongside the Anderson Munger Family YMCA board and hosted Larchmont Living’s Distinguished Speaker Series. Shannon began a company called Jet Set VIP International Corp. in 2012. The company specializes in luxury lifestyle consulting and networking. It’s unclear if the business is still in operation, as the last post on her Instagram was in 2013. See a post from back then below:
Dia and Ray appear to be together to this day. In 2015, they created a Dia, Ray, and Chase YouTube channel alongside their old co-star, Chase. However, they haven’t posted any digital listings in 4 years. Ray is still working as a real estate agent in the Los Angeles area, and he's still working alongside Chase.
Following her appearance on Million Dollar Listing, Lydia worked as a costume professional on a short film called What’s in the Box. According to her @lydiaps Twitter and LinkedIn, she’s still working as a self-employed realtor in the LA and Malibu regions.
Following Million Dollar Listing, Chris appeared as himself in Shannen Says in 2012. Like most of his wealthy real estate agent co-stars, such as the Altman brothers, he still works in the real estate industry. Chris lives in Point Dume and sells real estate in Malibu and other parts of LA. In fact, in August of 2020, he reportedly sold a 55,000-square foot property worth $39 million in Malibu, according to TheRealDeal.
He loves surfing, art, and being with his family and friends. He’s also a philanthropist who supports the Malibu Boys & Girls Club, the Point Dume Marine Science School, UNICEF, and other charities. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum appears to be in a relationship and recently had a child, according to his IG.
