My Hero Academia's own version of DC's Suicide Squad might only consist of one member, but that one member still meets the same explosive fate as those who are foolish enough to challenge the ethically questionable will of Amanda Waller.
In DC Comics, Amanda Waller controls the fates of villains who are forced into Task Force X, aka the Suicide Squad to perform suicidal missions that normally no one else in their right mind would ever accept. These villains are compelled to do so if they want to survive. Stepping one toe out of line results in their heads getting blown off their shoulders, thanks to an explosive device Waller implants in the necks of every member. Of course, there's an added incentive to join the squad, as members who successfully complete a mission receive reduced sentences, though they need to survive first to obtain such a coveted prize.
In chapter 315 of My Hero Academia, it's revealed that All For One created his own version of the Suicide Squad when he unleashed Lady Nagant on Deku to collect him earlier on in the series. But her fate becomes clear when the young hero in training is able to remarkably sway Lady Nagant regardless of her tumultuous past with hero society, resulting in All For One detonating a bomb inside of her. All For One undoubtedly achieves this through the Self-Detonation quirk, which someone other than the wielder activates through a separate device. And since All For One is clearly the cause of the explosion, it's possible that he had such a device in his possession. What's unfortunate is that Lady Nagant may not have been aware that she even wielded Self-Detonation, seeing as All For One has a tendency to bestow quirks on his victims without their knowledge, like how he did when he gave Lady Nagant the Air Walk quirk.
While a dastardly move, it's quite likely that, had she known the truth, Lady Nagant would have actually succeeded in her mission of not only capturing Deku, but doing so much sooner. Right before All For One presumably kills Lady Nagant, Deku points out that she could have easily defeated him much earlier, but didn't, and that,when she shot at Chisaki to divert Deku's attention, she would have actually missed if he didn't save Chisaki at the last moment. Knowing that she always hits her targets, Deku concludes that her heart just isn't in her mission, proving she possesses the heart of a hero. Why would Lady Nagant mess around knowing that All For One could kill her at any moment? She wouldn't have.
That's why Amanda Waller's Suicide Squad is so effective. Her victims always know that she has implanted a bomb in them. It's pretty much common knowledge at this point. Unless they're stupid or have the audacity to think they can outsmart her, no one goes against Waller. And My Hero Academia's Lady Nagant wouldn't have put herself in a position where she could have been swayed, either, had All For One told her that he controlled her fate.
