Married At First Sight Season 13 Premiere: When & Where New Episodes Air

Before long, Married At First Sight season 13 will begin airing, and we're about to tell you exactly how to watch the show. This season features an all-new cast of ten hopefuls. As the show title indicates, these cast members marry total strangers. Fans are excited, as the season's promo stated, “The drama is bigger in Texas.” This season, the show will be filmed in Houston. Lone Star State residents will take part in the extreme experiment that is meeting for the first time at the altar.

Like other seasons, Married At First Sight season 13 will feature cast members being matched by specialists (including a spiritualist, a relationship coach, and a sociologist) to find their other halves. The couples do not meet until their wedding day, although one of the grooms in the season promo shouted “I know her!” as his bride walked down the aisle. We’ll have to wait until the show’s debut to see if he literally knew her or if his dream girl was miraculously chosen as his perfect match.

Last season was the series’ most successful season. It showcased memorable couples such as Haley and Jacob and Virginia and Erik. The previous season also featured fan- favorites Briana and Vincent, who seemed to be a match made in heaven.

Based on a Danish series with the same premise, Married at First Sight first appeared on FYI, moved to A&E, and ultimately ended up at its current network, Lifetime. The three-hour season premiere will be aired on July 21 at 8/7c. Following this, two-hour episodes will be released Wednesdays at the same time.

Lifetime’s website posts full episodes from season one to now. While the first ten seasons can easily be viewed, access to half of season 11 onward will require a TV provider login. The first eleven seasons are available to stream on Hulu, and the show can also be viewed on Sling TV, Pluto TV, and Philo (with a subscription), as well as YouTube, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime (for a small fee).

This season will feature Rachel and Jose, Myrla and Gil, Michaela and Zack, and the series’ first Asian-American couple, Bao and Johnny. Before the season begins, viewers may meet the couples during the Season 13 Matchmaking Special on July 7 at 8/7c and the Kickoff Special on July 14 at 8/7c. The Matchmaking Special will focus on the matchmaking process, while the Kickoff Special will give viewers a first look at what is to come.

Married at First Sight has garnered multiple spin-offs including Married at First Sight: The First Year, Married at First Sight: Second Chances, and Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After. Because of its success, the original show is expected to have at least four more seasons. Since the new season is still on the horizon, it is too early to tell who will stay together and who won’t. However, if season 13 is anything like season 12, we can expect a lot of drama.
