The Challenge: Times CT Tamburello Proved He's The Show's GOAT

Many The Challenge fans believe that CT Tamburello is a major heartthrob, and it's time to talk about why he deserves the GOAT title fair and square. The GOAT label is typically reserved for athletes who are regarded as the very best in their sports, but it makes sense that CT gets the same prestigious accolade. The Quincy, Massachusetts native is easily the best The Challenge player of his era and every era before or after him.

Chris "CT" Tamburello got his start as a contestant on The Real World: Paris in 2003. He won fans over with his good looks and brooding personality. While he may have come off as cocky, he was loyal to a fault. This trait helped him to get his chance with TJ Lavin and The Challenge franchise. He was a winner of Rivals II, Invasion of the Champions, Champs vs. Stars (2017), Champs vs. Stars (2018), War of the Worlds 2, and Double Agents. He was a finalist on The Inferno, The Inferno II, The Gauntlet III, Battle of the Exes, and XXX: Dirty 30. Along the way, the veteran made his presence known thanks to his alpha outbursts and ability to throw down a fight.

MTV fans are currently watching CT on The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies, as he looks to make his major comeback with two back-to-back wins. CT is now 41, but his newly made-over dad bod is better than ever. He came in extremely hot this season and was willing to beat the entitled players (such as The Challenge star Fessy Shafaat) to show that he is still the king of this jungle. MTV viewers love that the macho man is playing the game just as hard as he was during his first season, without any plans to stop. The network seemed to agree with fans' assessment and posted a tribute to the OG. However, the four-time champ was almost pushed off his pedestal by Fessy, who tried to grab the glory for himself.  Check out the post below:

MTV noted in a post, “This should be on the cover of GQ. 🔥.” Followers agreed since the New Englander had left fans' mouths on the floor when he stepped onto the sand in Croatia to film. Not wasting a second, Fessy’ responded, “I can take him #respectfully.” Viewers know that Fessy is all talk, and blogs have The Challenge's CT making it to the finals once more, with the former footballer falling short of his goal again. In a confessional, he told fans, “I got my a*s back in shape. I figured if I don’t have the element of surprise anymore with the dad bod, I might as well come in hot.” CT's ability to retrain his body has wowed viewers and the network, leaving no doubt that he is the best player to ever come out of the franchise.

Naturally, CT created some outstanding moments, like when he wore Johnny Bananas as a human backpack, not to mention the countless times he punched castmates like Davis and Adam. Season after season, CT continues to prove that he is the better player. Even though younger and fitter players try to take his crown at times, it never moves from CT's head. Fans are dreading the day that the veteran decides to retire. For now, they can watch him run over the rookies, knowing that he has nothing left to prove.
