Once Lexi Wilson left the Lady Michelle during Below Deck Mediterranean season 6, she left the yachting industry for good. When Lexi, who stopped trolls on Instagram, first joined the series, she had an immediate connection with third stew Courtney Veale. The two bonded over family issues they had at home. Specifically, Lexi had lost her father three months before beginning that new job, whereas Courtney's father had been battling Alzheimer's disease. Soon after bonding, however, Lexi became the number one enemy on the boat.
After getting back from their crew night out, Lexi became very drunk and ended up disrespecting all of her crewmates. Not only did she talk back to chief stew Katie Flood and bosun Malia White, but she also got into a physical altercation with deckhand Mzi Dempers. Lexi was fired from the boat towards the end of the season following a verbal altercation with Chef Mathew Shea, which the whole crew was happy to see.
After leaving the boat, Lexi decided to completely leave the yachting industry. While it is unclear what she is up to now in terms of her career, Lexi has enjoyed traveling quite a bit in the meantime. After she left Croatia last year, Lexi jetted off to Saint Lucia, where she spent her birthday. After a luxurious getaway to Saint Lucia, Lexi headed back to Miami, where she spent some time at the Fisher Island Club learning to play tennis. Miami is where Lexi, who called out a producer, claimed to own an $8,000 per month condo and likely lives there full-time. However, Lexi spent some time in Newport, Rhode Island in July, where she did some much-needed decompressing after Below Deck Med season 6 began airing.
Lexi avoided sharing any updates while Below Deck Med season 6 was still airing new episodes every week. Once in a while, she would do Q&As on her Instagram Stories, but she just mostly trashed the crew and production. Other than that, it seems as though Lexi has gotten engaged since she filmed Below Deck Med. During an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in August, Malia revealed that she heard Lexi was engaged to a very wealthy man. "I mean, I did see she just got engaged to a pretty wealthy man," the bosun said. The identity of Lexi's fiancée is still unknown, and she has not confirmed or denied if she is engaged.
Now that Below Deck Mediterranean season 6 has finished airing, Lexi is excited she no longer has to deal with the backlash she has been receiving for the past four months. As for whether she plans to return for a second season, that seems almost impossible for anyone to consider at the moment.
