There are countless hilarious moments in The Real Housewives universe. Sure, the Bravo reality show is known for its drama, messy reunions, and iconic feuds, but it's also home to hilarious scenes. Whether it's a dry moment that shouldn't be funny (but was), a slip, or a gust of wind in someone's hair, The Real Housewives has unintentional, knee-slapping moments.
Every city in the franchise has big scenes that are known to make viewers laugh, but there are countless smaller scenes that should never die because of the hilarity attached to them.
In Lisa Vanderpump's final season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she and Kyle had a huge falling out after Kyle agreed with the other women about Lisa's villainous ways. It was hard for Kyle to deny the fact that she too thought Lisa was behind selling stories about Dorit to fictitious tabloids.
The two came to a head at Lisa's house but things got worse when Ken got involved. The couple kicked Kyle out of their home, with Ken screaming, "Goodbye, Kyle!" before walking away. Solid-Imagination-80 told Reddit that Ken's "Goodbye, Kyle!" was one of the most "classic and hilarious moments" in Real Housewives history.
There are countless things that Ramona Singer will never live down. As an original Housewife who has been a part of The Real Housewives of New York since season 1, Ramona and Sonja Morgan have been partners in crime and have gotten into some good fun in the series.
_Ninnie told Reddit that the one scene that makes her laugh the most is when Sonja Morgan whispered to Ramona, "Someone just gave me side-eye!" However, Ramona misheard her and responded, "Cyanide? Doesn't that kill you?" The misquote was one of "Ramona's" funniest moments.
Karen Huger is one of the funniest Housewives in The Real Housewives of Potomac. In a lot of ways, she's the star of Potomac. Her one-liners and storylines are some of the best in the show.
Over on Reddit, Coddiewomple_321 said their favorite moment was "This season of RHOP when Karen is hallucinating after he Covid shot at the reasonable or shady party… it was partly editing but I just laughed so hard!" Another fan agreed and quoted Karen when she said, "'I didn't get vassinated to hang out with you heifers' is Housewives gold."
In yet another hilarious Karen moment, Frogmann20 mentioned that one of the funniest moments on RHOP was, "When Karen's wig was blowing off in the wind and Candiace tried to help her but she was holding on for dear life 'hold on, hold on, just hold on...'"
CocoPuffsCobain agreed and followed with, "That scene made me laugh so much I replayed it over and over. Then Ashley said 'Cousin It made an appearance at the barbecue.'" It was a scene fans love to watch again and again.
Phaedra Parks was one of the most likable Housewives until the end of her time on Bravo. She was brilliant at work, had hilarious one-liners, and was vulnerable when it came to storylines revolving around her family.
Caabr1 mentioned that one episode they couldn't stop laughing at revolved around Phaedra and her baby shower. They wrote, "When Phaedra greets the women with a head full of white roses and Cynthia's like, 'The head full of roses; that was baaaaaaad, and that was probably Dwight's idea.'" They continued writing, "It is one of the funniest Housewives scenes, where literally everyone is being shady and ridiculous."
The Tres Amigas on The Real Housewives of Orange County consisted of Tamara Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Shannon Storms Beador. The three women called themselves the Tres Amigas because they always had the best times together — especially in Mexico. The three love their tequila shots and really let loose when on vacation. Those times together are some of Vicki's best episodes.
Kristin2349 mentioned that the funniest Tres Amigas moment for them was when Shannon met Tamra and Vicki in the airport in a sombrero and a platter full of tequila. "For me, it was even funnier when Vicki and Tamra showed and they all fell on the floor of the airport. Vicki falling always makes me cackle," they wrote. After they all hugged and drank tequila, one fell on top of the other, creating quite a scene.
The husbands on The Real Housewives of New Jersey are unlike any other husband in the Real Housewives universe. The connection the men have to each other (and the fellow Housewives) is unmatched in comparison to the other husbands.
In one scene, one of the best husbands, Joe Gorga, spent the day drinking with the other husbands while in the Bahamas for Danielle Staub's wedding. He was clearly intoxicated when he got home and tripped over the door, spilling his drink everywhere. Tajirisha wrote that the most hilarious moment for them was that scene. "That one scene from [New Jersey] where they’re on some island for Danielle’s wedding and Joe trips, spills his drink, then slips on the drink on the way to his room," they wrote.
In what is now known as SnakeGate, the women of RHOA were divided when Marlo and Cynthia were against each other, Porsha and Yovanna were heated, and Nene and Kenya were at each other's throats.
When Marlo and Cynthia were arguing, it was one of the first times viewers heard Cynthia scream and get incredibly angry at another Housewife. While Cynthia and Marlo were ending their fight, Marlo called Cynthia (among other things) a "baldhead scallywag." AppleJuice279 said this moment was one of their favorites that never fail to make them laugh. They wrote, “'Cynthia, you bald-headed scallywag.' This one always gets me!"
There are already too many hilarious moments to count in just two seasons of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Some of the scenes turned into instant memes that had RHOSLC fans instantly engaging.
In season 2 of RHOSLC, Jr10z7 noted that one of the funniest moments was Mary's poor comedic timing. In the scene, Mary showed up at Whitney's where she told a horrific story about a fellow member of her church. The church member was in an awful car accident and unfortunately didn't make it out alive. May told the gruesome story in front of Whitney's kids, which made the dark moment unintentionally funny. Kristin2349 wrote, "The look on Whitney’s kids' faces is burned into my memory, I couldn’t stop laughing."
Teresa's entire relationship with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, was a shocking decision. Especially when the two were jailed for fraud. Before the two broke up and Joe was still a part of the show, he had a hilarious question about the human anatomy. Pbcapcrunch wrote, "Juicy Joe genuinely asking if men have eggs like women and if they 'go bad'" was one of the funniest moments to them.
