Last week on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna reminded fans that Harry Hamlin has a son from his relationship with actress Ursula Andress. Rinna spoke candidly about her husband’s relationship with the original Bond Girl.
Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna were married in 1997, but before Rinna, Hamlin had three other high profile relationships. While filming Clash of the Titans, he and Ursula Andress started dating in 1980. Andress was 16 years Hamlin’s senior, and the two split in 1983. Hamlin later married soap opera actress Laura Johnson in 1985, but the relationship ended in 1989. He was married again in 1991 to Nicolette Sheridan, another soap opera star, but they divorced in 1992. Hamlin met Lisa Rinna shortly after his second divorce, and the two have been married since 1997. The couple has two children, 19 year old Amelia Gray and 22 year old Delilah Belle.
But what about his son? Hamlin and Andress had a son named Dimitri in 1980, as Rinna discussed on Real Housewives. As reported by TooFab, Rinna remarked while the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were in Rome that Hamlin lived there for three years with Andress and their son. “I think this is why our house looks a little bit like this,” she said to fellow Housewives Denise Richards, Sutton Stracke and Gabrielle Beauvais, “Because Harry lived here for three years and he loves this.” She explained that he lived in Rome with Andress and their son. Rinna also spilled some details from Hamlin and Andress’ relationship, saying, “Ursula is the movie star you would imagine. [Hamlin] said she called him and said, ‘Harry, come to my room.’ And so he did, at 28 years old, and she got pregnant that night.” Andress was 44 when she gave birth to her and Hamlin’s son, Dimitiri, and he is her only child.
Dimitri Hamlin, now 40, tends to keep a low profile. He has experimented with acting and modeling before, and enjoys DJ-ing at European clubs from time to time. Dimitri has joined Andress and Rinna on red carpets in the past. He was most recently spotted out with his father in Los Angeles. His mother rose to fame as the first ever Bond girl, playing Honey Ryder in Dr. No in 1956.
She hails from Sweden, and starred in other Bond movies like Casino Royale and She. Andress also had parts in several Italian films, like Dimitri, who starred on an Italian television show called My Daughters. He appears to have good relationships with his mother, father and step-mother, Lisa Rinna.
