WARNING: There are SPOILERS ahead for WandaVision episode 7.
The broadcast signal in WandaVision has been turned off, resulting in people from the outside world no longer having access to what's happening inside the hex. Since episode 4, "We Interrupt This Program," when the outside world was established, supporting characters and S.W.O.R.D. had been able to monitor how things were unfolding in Westview thanks to an embedded broadcast signal. As of episode 7, however, the broadcast has been mysteriously shut down, effectively keeping outsiders in the dark.
On the heels of WandaVision episode 6, "All-New Halloween Spooktacular," ending, episode 7, "Breaking The Fourth Wall" started off with Scarlet Witch's fantasy world glitching. Billy and Tommy called their mom for help, but she's exhausted, potentially because she haphazardly used the full extent of her powers to save the dying Vision at the hex border by expanding it. Simultaneously in the outside world, Hayward and S.W.O.R.D. are putting their plans in place to infiltrate Westview. At one point, he asked his subordinate about the broadcast, and she revealed that it's still dead.
It's uncertain when exactly WandaVision's transmission was cut off, but this might be because Scarlet Witch has started to lose control over it. Broadcasting her life inside the hex could be Wanda's way of assuring people to the outside world that she's fine and nothing's wrong inside Westview without compromising its safety by erecting its impenetrable borders. It also could be an unintentional or unconscious act. While she can't remember how the Maximoff Anomaly began, she had the impression that she has the ability to run it smoothly, and for the first few episodes of WandaVision, she was mostly successful in doing this. But with both internal and external elements threatening to her and Vision's perfect life, keeping up the illusion is becoming progressively difficult, especially after Agnes revealed herself as the master manipulator behind-the-scenes. This effectively makes Wanda merely a player in the bigger narrative in WandaVision instead of the primary creative force behind it.
What's interesting in this current situation in WandaVision is that had there been a signal, Hayward and S.W.O.R.D. may have realized that Wanda is not the bad guy here. This suggests Agatha might have shut the broadcast down. As Jimmy Woo initially gathered information about the key players in Scarlet Witch's pocket reality, they are already aware of Agnes' existence in the bubble, although unlike most of its secondary characters, they failed to discover her real identity. If the revelation that Agatha Harkness is the villain was aired to the outside world, perhaps S.W.O.R.D. may be inclined to help Wanda rather than treat her as a terrorist. Presumably, this isn't what Agatha wants. This is assuming that the organization's director is interested in acting fairly; he's been set-up as WandaVision's secondary villain since he's planning on powering up and weaponizing Vision.
It's uncertain if WandaVision's broadcast will ever return. While it was dead in episode 7, the series still featured sitcom elements with the outing primarily mining inspiration from The Office and Modern Family. Although the real narrative has since been unraveled by Agnes' confession, it's possible that the last two episodes of the Disney+ project will play out more like a traditional MCU fare without any more sitcom influences. Still, it would be interesting if the signal is returned and whatever happens next inside the hex is broadcasted to the outside world.
