Former 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Lima has decided to quit the adult industry and follow a new career path. The reality TV star first featured on 90 Day Fiancé season 6 with the Las Vegas native Colt Johnson. She came to the United States on a K-1 visa and got married to Colt by the end of the season, but she didn't have a happily ever after. The couple had several explosive arguments on-screen and off camera, and Colt finally filed for divorce just six months after the wedding. Even though Colt filed for separation and Larissa was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence, she was able to live in America.
She got a chance to be featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5 with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Eric Nichols. But in September 2020, TLC fired Larissa after she performed in an online lingerie show. Many fans thought this would be the end of Larissa's American dream. But the Brazilian beauty stayed in the country and started working as an adult content creator. Larissa has claimed that she is earning over $40,000 a month, and she shares tips with other women who want to follow the same career path.
But, it seems like being an adult film star isn't Larissa's long-term goal. She is ready to change her career after retiring from her adult work. In Larissa's latest Instagram post, she said, "I would like to be an attorney, especially with my 'troubles' with the law." The 90 Day Fiancé alum mentioned that her interest in studying law has grown over time, and she is now even more interested in learning about the Criminal Justice System. But she doesn't think that being an attorney is a realistic goal for her. Larissa, who is now friends with Debbie Johnson, has realized that she doesn't have to go to law school. She can just work as a paralegal.
The former TLC star is now more determined than ever to kickstart her new career. Larissa revealed that when she was supposed to be studying to become a nurse in Brazil, she was busy reading law books. Many 90 Day Fiancé viewers are proud of Larissa. She faced adversities, found ways to earn in a foreign and is now starting a second career to continue to live her American dream. A user commented, "Never give up on your dreams. if you want a profession in law- go and DO IT." Another chimed in, "You should do it and become an immigration lawyer." Someone else said, "Go follow whats in your heart you can do anything."
Most fans asked the reality TV star to follow her dream to become an attorney. Larissa, who is now getting her tattoos removed, didn't explain why she couldn't be an attorney anymore. Perhaps, she thinks she is too old or might not be able to effectively communicate with judges or clients. Still, it is great to see that Larissa isn't making an impulsive decision but thinking rationally. 90 Day Fiancé viewers are wishing her the best of luck.
