In many ways, Naruto’s Sakura Haruno and Demon Slayer’s Kanao Tsuyuri are alike. They both are skilled female characters in a manga universe dominated by strong men. Both have also struggled and overcame serious personal challenges that put them in a much better place than where they began. Moreover, they alos play key roles in the development of the main characters of the respective stories. If they were to ever to meet as opponents -- who would walk away victorious?
Another similarity between Sakura and Tsuyuri is their training and experience. From a young age, they have been called on to use their abilities in serious, life-threatening situations. Both have received training from the top masters of their particular skill sets. Sakura was trained by Tsunade, a member of the legendary Sannin, who besides being the greatest medical ninja ever, is also one of the strongest female ninjas in Konohagakure. Similarly, Tsuyuri was trained by the sisters Kanae and Shinobu Kocho. Kanae was master of the Flower Breathing sword-fighting style, and was so skilled at it she became known as the "Flower" Hashira. On the other hand, Shinobu was the inventor and grandmaster of the Insect Breathing combat style. Both have also tasted the heat of battle against some of the toughest, most powerful villains, and dangerous situations of their respective realities. As a consequence, neither is likely to be afraid of the other, and both will be primed to battle to the very end if need be.
Where Sakura and Tsuyuri differ is in their technical capabilities. Sakura’s abilities are based on her mastery of the different types of jutsu. Her abilities in these martial arts are enhanced by her ability to control chakra or the spiritual energy inherent in everyone. Through her training, Sakura has been able to gain immense control of her chakra which gives her superhuman abilities such as the ability to demolish a building with a single blow or resist attacks that would normally be lethal. When combined with her intelligence, and knowledge of anatomy, Sakura is considered by many to be capable enough to serve as Hokage.
Tsuyuri’s abilities are based on her training in the breathing method, which allows practitioners to, among other skills, completely concentrate on the opponent in battle for extended periods. The benefits of mastering the breathing methods also allow her to enjoy significant upgrades to her inherent powers such as strength, and speed. In addition to her mastery of breathing, Tsuyuri has learned a particular sword-fighting style, namely her sister's Kanae's Flower Breathing style. This style focuses on sword attacks and parries that resemble the shape of flowers. It is a graceful and quick style that makes use of Tsuyuri’s incredible speed, and otherworldly eyesight to defeat opponents.
So, who wins? While Tsuyuri is a tremendously skilled warrior, the fact remains that she has a way to go to reach the elite level of the Demon Slayer Corps. There is a reason why she is not a Hashira yet. She is also still a just teenager. In Naruto, on the other hand, Sakura is a woman, who has achieved recognition as an elite ninja warrior. Sakura has complete control of her abilities and mentality. Tsuyuri is still learning and still dealing with becoming an adult. That difference in perspective would be a significant difference in combat. To win, Sakura would just need to get close enough to Tsuyuri, to launch a chakra-powered punch. While Tsuyuri is likely to land a blow or two with her sword, Sakura would use her chakra to defend against it or heal herself if any blows land. Accordingly, despite her exceptional abilities display in Demon Slayer, Tsuyuri would be no match for Naruto's Sakura.
