Despite being broken up with Khloé since June, it turns out that Tristan was getting busy with another woman while he was reconciled with Khloé late last year into early 2021. Considering Tristan's history of cheating on Khloé, fans are bashing him and hoping Khloé is done with him for good. Meanwhile, Tristan is trying to get out of fatherhood obligations for his alleged third child.
Recently surfaced court documents reveal that Tristan admits to a 'hook up' with Maralee that lasted from December 2020 to March 2021, Daily Mail reports. Tristan previously claimed he only slept with Maralee a few times on the night of his birthday, but in the new docs, Tristan admits it was more than just that one time and they actually engaged in a months-long affair. Tristan says he would communicate with Maralee through Snapchat under the username 'blkjesus00,' and their talks were only to discuss when and where they would meet up for sexual intercourse. He also claims they never hooked up in California, which is important because based on where the baby was conceived will determine where the paternity suit will continue. In the event the child was conceived in Texas, Tristan could receive a lower child support agreement.
Maralee claims that she met the Sacramento Kings player in California and they were hooking up on and off for five months before she became pregnant. Maralee accuses Tristan of offering her $75,000 in hush money to get an abortion. Tristan's filing claims Maralee admitted to sleeping with other athletes and "understood the limitations of our relationship," the docs state. Tristan goes on to admit to inviting Maralee to his home in Los Angeles on "maybe two occasions" but insists he cannot recall ever having sex with her in California. "I only recall that Petitioner and I had sexual relations in March of 2021 and at no other time in 2021," Tristan alleges in his documents filed in LA County Superior Court.
Tristan also believes that if he is the father of Maralee's son that was born on December 1, "the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because it was my birthday," the filing states. Tristan says the birthday sex they had was in Houston and matches up with the baby being born December 1. The docs go on to deny the alleged messages that Maralee claims he sent her on Snapchat. Tristan believes she fabricated them to make it look like he offered money for an abortion. From the latest filings, it's clear that Tristan was casually entertaining other women while he was reconciled with Khloé from their previous breakup over his cheating. Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans are hopeful that Khloé won't take Tristan back this time around. Let him focus on this third child and third baby mama.
