Brie Larson Shares Captain Marvel Workout Photo With Alison Brie

Brie Larson's staying in Captain Marvel shape with her new workout pal Alison Brie. After doing a mixture of comedy and drama, Larson became a top choice for the role of Carol Danvers, especially following her Oscar-winning performance in Room. Larson admits to struggling to make a decision as to whether or not she'd take the role, but being able to be a role model for younger girls was a big reason why she took the part. Since then, she's been hitting the gym to get in - and then stay in - superhero shape.

She may be done filming Captain Marvel, but reshoots for her solo movie are likely coming by the end of the year. She may also be required for Avengers 4 reshoots as well, which are taking place this summer and fall. Larson has been an avid poster on social media to show her progress, and now she's teaming up with another Brie for her workouts.

Larson shared a photo of her and GLOW star Alison Brie working out together, which instantly makes this pairing something fans want to see. Just like Larson, Brie is always sharing workout videos as she continues to stay in tip top shape to play Zoya the Destroyer. See the photo below.

With the picture sparking interest in the Brie duo appearing on screen together, one can only hope it happens. Larson's schedule may make it difficult to make an appearance on Netflix's wrestling dramedy that Brie stars in, but getting her for a guest appearance would be great. The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling are moving to Las Vegas for season 3, so Larson joining as a rival wrestler to battle Zoya sounds like great fun.

The other major possibility for a Brie team-up on screen is through the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Brie has confirmed auditioning for several MCU roles, but she's yet to land one. Those auditions did come prior to her starring in GLOW, so she's a much bigger name now. Any role in the MCU would give Brie at least the chance to crossover with Larson's Captain Marvel. Roles like Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman or even Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk could be great fits for Brie. Either would all but guarantee a meeting with Captain Marvel if A-Force is ever brought to life on the big screen, too. We can only hope at this point that the two talented ladies find a way to work together, whether it is on GLOW, in the MCU, or in something else entirely.
