90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is a series that prequels TLC's hit show 90 Day Fiancé. Before all of the visa drama and the 90 days’ time frame for marriage, Before the 90 Days documents the couples meeting each other for the first time in person as they travel far and wide to meet their online loves. Currently, fans have watched Geoffrey come across as a sweet, sentimental man who lost his son. However, as more information surfaces about him, fans are starting to see his true colors and have even begun comparing him to another 90 Day Fiancé ex-con Paul Staehle as they both have issues controlling themselves and often have emotional outbursts.
Geoffrey has had a hard time squeezing into fans' hearts as many are suspicious of him due to his criminal background. Viewers have watched the last couple of episodes as the Nashville native seemed to come off a bit controlling and impatient when his Russian girlfriend Varya did not want to jump into bed with him the first night they met. Now with the Coronavirus underway and people around the world losing their minds and hoarding supplies for themselves. Geoffrey has only added fuel to the fire. The TLC personality posted a photo on Instagram of himself sitting on a throne of toilet paper drinking a Corona beer, take a look at the post below:
In the caption, Geoffrey wanted "poke fun" at the COVID-19 panic. Even though the WHO would disagree with his inconsiderate and tasteless post, he continued on to say that he hoped the virus would pass quickly. The father then recommended that while the children are off from school due to cancelations that parents should take them out into nature, exactly the opposite of what the CDC is recommending as self-isolation is being suggested to every American. People of Reddit have called labeled post a "douchey flex by an utter douchebag." Other fans slammed the reality star for insensitive ways as people all over the world are suffering. One follower brought to attention that hoarding isn't the answer in a time of crisis, writing, "Lol.. Maybe you should help others in your community."
Fans of the TLC show were slightly disgusted by Geoffrey’s antics as he went on to say he hoped everyone had "stocked up" on toilet paper and necessities, while he sits high on his TP throne. The hypocrisy rubbed a lot of his followers the wrong way and the bragging and greed that was portrayed in the post only cemented his spot as this season's villain.
