Teen Wolf: 10 Funniest Moments In The Series | ScreenRant

When MTV began airing their rebooted version of Teen Wolf, it was a drama rooted in the supernatural. As a drama, the show had a lot of moments that pulled at the heartstrings of the audience. It also had plenty of moments to provide a little levity for the audience.

The characters were great with the sarcastic quips and moments of misunderstanding that could lead to some truly hilarious exchanges. Sometimes, the funniest moments are more about the physicality of a scene than the dialogue. These teen moments are some of the funniest from members of Scott’ wolfpack

10 When Stiles Needed Scott To Take Him Somewhere

With the introduction of Liam, Stiles felt (rightly) that his place on the lacrosse team was threatened. He decided to try to give his all during practice, all why talking about how much he hated Liam’s athleticism.

Of course, for Stiles, giving his all, and trying to keep up with his werewolf of a best friend, proved to be almost too much for him. Used to riding the bench, he had a hard time keeping up. Stiles eventually remarked to Scott, “I’m gonna puke. Take me somewhere.”

9 When Allison Went Through Kate’s Bag

When Scott first started dating Allison, he also started investigating her family. He even went through her aunt Kate’s bag trying to figure out just what her agenda was. After sitting through dinner with Allison’s family, Scott thought he was in serious trouble since Kate could tell someone had been in her luggage.

Scott and Kate were both in for a surprise, however, when Allison admitted she went through Kate’s bad. She was looking for a little protection - but not the kind to use against werewolves.

8 When Scott’s Mom Did All The Grocery Shopping

Scott first started displaying super strength, enhanced hearing, and more when he was bit by a werewolf. One of the first to notice was Jackson, prompting one of the most iconic exchanges of the series.

Jackson thought Scott was using a performance-enhancing drug of some kind, repeatedly intimidating Scott and wanting to know where he got his “juice.” Scott, hilariously, didn’t understand what Jackson was after until he had already told him that his mom did all the grocery shopping.

7 When Stiles Takes On A Vending Machine

Season two opened with some very serious consequences of the freshman season. Lydia was laying in a hospital bed with wounds she suffered trying to get to Jackson. Stiles provided a little comic relief while she was in the hospital.

He slept in the waiting room, and when he was in need of a late-night snack, Stiles opted to head to the vending machine. His snack got stuck, leading him to try to shake the machine. Unfortunately, the machine fell over, and Stiles decided to pretend that it never happened, heading to check on Lydia instead. The gag further paid off when he walked by it again later in the episode to see two police officers trying to right it.

6 When Isaac Was On Watch Last

When the Darach focused on taking sacrifices, Scott wanted to make sure his mother was protected. With Isaac staying in his house, the two decided to take turns on watch to make sure Melissa couldn’t be taken.

Unfortunately, the two weren’t that great at staying up. They both fell asleep, prompting Melissa to find them deep asleep the next morning. Both of them immediately waking when she found them and protesting that they were each on watch last was a moment that made fans chuckle.

5 When Stiles Tried To Bring Lydia A Birthday Present

Stiles spent a lot of time pining for Lydia in the early days of the show. When he finally got to attend her birthday party, he decided he needed to make it memorable.

Stiles spent a lot of time finding Lydia the perfect gift. When he got to her house, the wrapped box wouldn’t even fit through the door. Though viewers never actually found out what was in the box, the physical comedy involved in getting the box in Lydia’s house was priceless.

4 When The Chain Fell Out Of The Gym Locker

A lot of the funniest moments in the series relied on dialogue, but this isn’t one of those. Instead, this particular moment relied on a perfectly placed prop.

When Scott was still struggling to control his abilities, Stiles would have to chain him up to make sure he didn’t lose control and attack someone on the full moon. Scott and Stiles chose to keep the iron chains used in one of the worst possible places: their gym locker. When one of them opened the locker before practice, the seemingly longest chain in the world fell out, startling everyone in the locker room.

3 When Stiles Discovered Derek Was Wanted By The FBI

After graduating from high school, Stiles went on to an internship with the FBI. He thought it was going to be all about catching regular criminals. Stiles got a little surprise from his supernatural teenage years during his first lecture.

While watching video footage during the lecture, Stiles had a bit of a spit take. He spotted Derek Hale running through the woods. Derek was wanted by the FBI because they suspected he was a serial killer. While the spit take was funny, it was also a funny callback to the first season when Stiles suspected Derek of the same thing.

2 When Malia Wanted To Kill Theo

Malia became a bit of comic relief with her introduction to the series. A girl who spent most of her formative years as a coyote, Malia didn’t always say or do the socially acceptable things. That caused plenty of amusement for the audience, even if it caused a lot of frustration for her friends.

When Theo returned to Beacon Hills in season six, Malia wanted nothing to do with him. In fact, she suggested killing him on multiple occasions. When Scott and Liam brokered a deal with Theo, they also said Malia agreed not to kill him. Malia? She maintained that she never agreed to that.

1 When Stiles And Derek “Saved” Each Other

Fans were treated to a flashback of just what happened when the FBI went after Derek Hale. In fact, they were treated to two flashbacks.

Stiles remembered himself as the hero, saving Derek from the investigation and managing to get him out of custody unscathed. Derek, on the other hand, remembered himself as the hero, carrying an injured Stiles to safety. It’s safe to say that both stories were likely exaggerated, but they provided hilariously different points of view for the fans.
