Netflix has brought Ann M. Martin's beloved young characters to life with its reboot of The Baby-Sitters Club, and fans are loving it. The 10-episode first season has sweet moments, arguments between parents and children, emotional babysitting experiences, and even a few episodes that take place at a summer camp.

The cast of the show is awesome and it seems like only a matter of time before a second season is announced. The characters all make mistakes throughout the episodes, but they each have a good head on their shoulders and are full of heart. These enterprising young women and their families all have their own shining moments throughout the series.

10 Watson: Hires The Baby-Sitters Club Right Away

The Netflix show may be about friendship but it's also about difficult family bonds.

Mark Feuerstein plays Watson Brewer, who marries Kristy's mother, Elizabeth. Kristy doesn't love this arrangement and it takes her a while to warm up to Watson being part of her family. But even though she's not so sure about him, it's really nice that he is essentially the Baby-Sitters Club's first client. He hires the girls right away because he supports Kristy's business idea and he wants to help.

9 Mimi: Supports Claudia's Art

Takayo Fischer plays Claudia's sweet grandmother, Mimi Yamamoto, and she is the most supportive person in Claudia's life.

In the second episode "Claudia and the Phantom Caller," Claudia is upset that her parents don't want her to go to a Halloween dance at school because her grades aren't so good. She even lies about doing well on a test so she can go. While her mom and dad don't really get that she loves art and that it means so much to her, her grandma always supports her. Mimi's best moment is letting Claudia know that she loves her and will be there for her no matter what.

8 Sharon: Tries To Widen Mary Anne's Perspective

Dawn's mom Sharon Porter (Jessica Elaina Eason) is another adult character in The Baby-Sitters Club who makes a big impression.

In the episode "Mary Anne Saves The Day," Sharon takes Mary Anne and Dawn to a new moon celebration. It's too much for Mary Anne, who is painfully shy and doesn't like public speaking, but Sharon does try to widen Mary Anne's perspective. It ends up being good for her as she's able to open up to Dawn about how shy and quiet and scared she is.

7 Mary Anne: Standing Up For Bailey

Mary Anne Spier (Malia Baker) does a total 180 in the same episode. When she babysits a trans child named Bailey, she learns to use her voice in a powerful way.

She takes Bailey to the hospital and when the doctors keep referring to Bailey as "him," Mary Anne tells them that they have to use the female pronoun. To see this character blossom and do such a sweet, helpful thing is really amazing.

6 Richard: Finally Understanding Mary Anne

Richard Spier's (Marc Evan Jackson) best moment on the show is when he sees Mary Anne standing up for Bailey and he understands more about his daughter. From this moment on, the two are able to connect a lot more and they start spending more quality time together.

This is a big deal as he was always super strict with her and they were having trouble seeing eye to eye. Richard realizes that he needs to loosen up a little because his daughter is growing up and she's a smart and capable young woman.

5 Stacey: Defends Her Diabetes To A Room Of Parents

Stacey McGill wears fabulous outfits and Shay Rudolph does a great job portraying the fashion-forward and intelligent character. Stacey lets her new friends know that she has diabetes and that this has been a real struggle for her. But unfortunately, once word gets out, parents in the community aren't so sure that they feel comfortable having her babysit their kids.

Stacey's best moment is when she defends herself and her diabetes to a room full of parents. She lets them know that she's responsible and smart and that she has always looked after herself. It's awesome and inspiring to see her stand up for herself.

4 Dawn: Taking On Tough Kids And Bonding With Kristy

Dawn Schafer's (Xochitl Gomez) task before becoming a real BSC member is looking after kids called "the Impossible Three."

Dawn's best moment is when she not only rises up to the challenge, but she and Kristy bond over Kristy's dad not being around. Dawn shows a ton of maturity and kindness in this episode.

3 Elizabeth: Makes Up With Kristy Before Her Honeymoon

Kristy and her mom Elizabeth Thomas-Watson (Alicia Silverstone) get into a huge fight before Elizabeth and Watson's wedding in the episode "Kristy's Big Day," and it's tough to watch. It's easy to understand both sides of the argument as they both just want the other person to see things from their perspective.

Elizabeth makes sure to talk to Kristy before going on her honeymoon, and it's definitely her best moment as it was the right thing to do.

2 Claudia: Tries To Teach Art To Kids At Camp Moosehead

Momona Tamada's character, Claudia Kishi, is super stylish and she cares a lot about other people, so she has some layers besides just wearing cute clothing and loving art.

When the girls head to Camp Moosehead, Claudia is distraught when she learns that some kids can't pay for art supplies, as these activities are only available to those with money. She decides to teach some secret art classes to the other children. While she gets in trouble, it's heartwarming to see her trying to do the right thing.

1 Kristy: Ruins Watson's Car And Owns Up To It

Kristy Thomas can definitely be tough but she shows her more sensitive side in the episode "Boy-Crazy Stacey."

Kristy babysits for Watson's kids but things couldn't be more of a disaster when she gets the children to wash his car and they accidentally use the wrong kind of sponge to clean it. Kristy totally owns up to what happens and tries to pay for the damage herself. This shows a lot of maturity and it's definitely her best moment.
