She has freaked out many a time, and she is known for being dramatic and theatrical, which in turn provides some emotional quotes. These quotes are easy for fans to love and repeat, and they celebrate Moira for who she is.

10 "Would That Be A Note?"

Moira is invited to audition for a part in a film, and she's thrilled at the idea of returning to the acting business. She asks for David's help to film the audition, but becomes quite offended by David's comments on the film's script, namely its mediocre dialogue.

"And would that be a note? A note, coming from my son?! Who I carried for almost a full seven months, to an actress who has been short-listed for more than seven major made for television motion pictures? The script is nothing more than a jumping off point."

However, Moira is more optimistic than her son in regards to the film's potential.

9 "It Says 'Fold It In!'"

Moira and David have quite the cooking experience while trying to whip up an old recipe of Moira's to serve for family dinner. They don't understand what it means to 'fold in' the cheese, and argue about it, with David ultimately giving up, and Moira making a guess as to how to fold the cheese, and then doing so incorrectly.

Cooking wasn't the Rose family's strong suit, especially for Moira and David, as they had no patience for cooking or its instructions.

8 "You Don't Understand! We Must Find Them So We Can Get Rid Of Them! Honestly! Can No One Find Nude Photos Of Me On The Internet?"

Moira is frustrated at the fact that, no matter who she has scour the internet for nude photos of herself, the photos simply cannot be found. Even worse, she has both Stevie and her children look online for her, as Moira can't type and doesn't wish to relive her days as a secretary, in her own words.

Ultimately, Moira is disappointed at being unable to find them, nostalgic for how she once looked, and is discouraged until Johnny tells her about a photo he has of her, and she subsequently wants to upload it. Moira's confidence is certainly great, and her devastation at the fact that no one could find the photos is certainly an uncommon reaction.

7 "Our Director Appears To Be On A Kamikaze Mission To Sink This Ship And I Refuse To Be The Goddess On Its Prow!"

Upon learning that the director of the third installment in The Crows films is convinced that the movie is a disaster and has no intention of making it better than what it is, Moira is devastated, as she's hoping the film will revive her acting career. She's ready to quit, and confesses to Johnny that her hope was to make the most of the movie, as it was a great opportunity.

That's when her husband sweetly supports her by telling her to fight for the opportunity, which motivates Moira to confront the director and convince him to make the best out of the movie.

6 "I Know! What The Hell Is Going On, Alexis? I'm Feeling Something! Something Debilitating! You're The Ill One, But I'm, I'm Feeling This..."

When Alexis gets sick, Moira is very paranoid about becoming sick as well and maintains a distance from her daughter. She even locks Johnny and David in the room with Alexis to ensure that what Alexis has doesn't spread.

However, as the episode progresses, Moira has a change of heart and instead brings her daughter some medicine and says the above quote, showing obvious concern for Alexis's wellbeing. Alexis suggests that it's maternal instincts kicking in for Moira, who doesn't believe that's the reason for her sudden need to be there for Alexis.

5 "David. David Must've Taken It. Along With My Last Molecule Of Hope!"

In the second season opener, Moira is freaking out over the loss of her precious brown crocodile bag, one that was given to her by her mother. Johnny tries to console her but to no avail.

Moira's convinced that David's taken it with him, and appears more concerned with her bag than she is by the fact that David has taken off and disappeared. Then again, her worry for the bag was more than likely her outlet for her worry over David's wellbeing.

4 "And Cindy! Cindy, Below Her! Cindy! I Just Gave Her A Blowout!"

Moira is more concerned with her wigs after Roland accidentally toasts something not meant to be toasted, and it sends smoke swirling throughout the motel. Roland gets her out of the closet and back to safety, and even goes back for her wigs as she begs him to pick specific ones. Wigs are obviously precious to Moira, but it's strange that she didn't go for irreplaceable things, like her love letters to Johnny. Then again, that's just the way Moira is, and it was a pretty funny moment.

3 "That We Should Strive For Something That Sets Us Apart From The Prison Baby."

Moira has had it with the fact that people leave their old things all over the place, and she wants the town to be cleaned up. She heads into the Town Council meeting with an agenda, and won't take no for an answer.

"That we should strive for something that sets us apart from the prison baby. Greenery! We need greenery! Flowers, boxwood trees! Two sets each for the café, and the motel. And then a citywide clean up, and I will not take no for an answer."

She startled Roland with the above quote as she made her demands, and though it wasn't what she had envisioned, she at least got some plants. Moira will steamroll people until she gets what she wants; she might be annoying, but she gets the job done.

2 "My Very Soul Has Been Kidnapped! There's No Ransom! No One's Coming To Save Me!"

Understandably, Moira doesn't handle it well in the first episode as she loses her home and many of her possessions, with the Rose family now bankrupt. In true Moira fashion, she's dramatic and theatrical, and would obviously rather be in any other reality.

Part of Moira's process for dealing is to say what she feels, and her words are memorable and relatable for anyone who's lost something, whether it's a mansion or a valued possession. Plus, it's a fun quote to repeat.

1 "Welcome To The Marriage Of Patrick Brewer And David...David Rose. "

Try as she might, Moira can't help but get all emotional at David's wedding to Patrick in the series finale.

"Good evening, everyone, welcome to the marriage of Patrick Brewer and David... David Rose. We are gathered here today to celebrate the love between two people, whose lives were ostensibly brought together by the fated flap of a butterfly wing."

It's her only son's wedding, after all. It's actually one of the sweetest moments that the series has to offer, as Moira shows just how happy and joyful she is that David has found the love of his life and will essentially be living his happily ever after. Plus, she got to be the one that married the couple. It's a special moment that will always be treasured in the Rose family, especially for Moira and David.
