Spider-Man: No Way Home IMAX 4K Trailer Shows Better Look At Villains

The Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer has been released in 4K for fans' increased viewing pleasure. When it comes to Marvel movies, fans eagerly await each new trailer with breathless anticipation. For Spider-Man: No Way Home, though, the pre-release fervor was more intense than normal. Following reports that the MCU flick would dive into the multiverse and feature past Spider-Man actors like Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, die-hard fans became more and more desperate to see the first bit of footage from the December release.

This led to social media users spamming any and all Marvel posts with calls for the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer. In turn, the official account for the film goaded fans with teases for weeks on end. Just one day before the trailer debuted online, it was leaked on select social media platforms. Luckily, that did nothing to curtail the exuberant reactions from fans everywhere when the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer emerged at the end of August.

Picture quality is important when it comes to superhero movies, and there's nothing quite like seeing this trailer in the best quality possible. Spider-Man: No Way Home will surely be available on IMAX screens when it arrives in theaters later this year and, based on the intensity of the online conversation surrounding it, has the potential to be the biggest movie of the year. Right now, Marvel's Black Widow holds that title, though Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is gaining ground quickly. If Spider-Man: No Way Home works its way to the top of the chart as well, 2021 could go down in MCU history.

Right now, much of the buzz whirling around Spider-Man: No Way Home pertains to its cast list. Tom Holland is back as Peter Parker, naturally, as are other familiar faces from the MCU: Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, and Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange. Most fans are currently fixated on those like Molina who have appeared in past Spider-Man movies and could return for this one because of the multiverse. Maguire and Garfield have been tight-lipped about their involvement, but signs so far point to Spider-Man: No Way Home being the ultimate live-action Spidey movie. Good thing there's already less than 3 months to go before its release!
