Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent is focusing on the positives as she celebrates three years of sobriety. This milestone comes amid allegations that she and her fiancé, Randall Emmett have split. Earlier this week, photos circulated of Randall with two women in Nashville, sparking infidelity rumors. Neither has confirmed or denied if they ended their prolonged engagement.
Lala made her debut on Vanderpump Rules in 2016 during season 4. Even though she wasn't an original cast member like the "Witches of WeHo", she surely got the attention and screen time as if she was. Fans could count on the 31-year-old to stir up drama, especially if she was around her bestie and co-star, James Kennedy. The former SUR hostess quickly packed up her party girl identity as she admitted to the public that she had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol back in March 2019. Months prior, Lala temporarily quit drinking alcohol as a part of a pact with Randall but permanently became sober when she realized she was an alcoholic. Since becoming sober, the reality star re-launched her beauty line, Give Them Lala Beauty, published her new book Give Them Lala, and gave birth to her first child, Ocean Kent Emmett. The podcaster is set to go on a ten-day tour with Randall for their podcast, Give Them Lala...With Randall. However, there is a chance the tour may be canceled. Lala deleted all promotional posts of the tour off of her Instagram feed after rumors of their alleged split circulated.
Lala celebrated her third year of sobriety in a lengthy Instagram post. The Vanderpump Rules star shared a picture of her holding a crown from her Give Them Lala Beauty birthday photoshoot. In the post, she showed her immense gratitude for the people who have inspired and supported her during her three years of sobriety. The author explained that each day comes with its challenges but claims that she has never felt stronger in her sobriety. "It’s the proudest thing I have ever done, aside from becoming a mother. My first priority is always my sobriety. It comes before everything- because without it, I am of no use," she said
The beauty guru's friends and Bravo family celebrated Lala's sober milestone on Instagram. Lala and fellow Vanderpump Rules co-star, Scheana Shay have had a rocky friendship. In August, former castmember Stassi Schroeder posted a picture of the two alongside Brittany Cartwright and their children, revealing to fans that they all made up. Scheana congratulated Lala by reposting her Instagram post to her story alongside a gif calling her a queen. Stassi commented under Lala's post claiming to be the proudest of the reality star.
They say you see the light at the end of the tunnel and Lala's celebration of her third year of sobriety is just that as she faces a dark place in her relationship. The Vanderpump Rules star has recently flooded her Instagram account with promotional content for her newly released book including tons of celebrations for selling out her book signing event. Although she usually feeds into the drama, it's a positive moment seeing her celebrate her victories and not addressing the rumors revolving around her and Emmett's relationship status.
