The Real Housewives Of New Jersey: Ranking Each Past Housewife

The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been flipping tables and going after family ties for 10 seasons. Currently, Teresa Giudice is the only woman who has been on the series in its entirety, with her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, coming in a close second after joining in season three.

While RHONJ has separated itself from other franchises because of its family dynamics, not every favorite housewife has been related to Teresa or Melissa. In fact, some of the most beloved housewives have been their enemies. If Bravo were ever entertaining the idea of bringing back a former housewife, fans have made it clear who their favorites are.

8 Amber Marchese

The problem with Amber Marchese is that fans only seem to remember her outlandish husband, not her. She was only on for one season (season six) and decided not to come back because she wasn't happy with the way the show turned out and the direction it was going in.

A big part of her storyline was knowing Melissa Gorga in their younger years and being a Breast Cancer survivor. And while Amber was fun to watch at times, her husband was insufferable and is still in hot water today over his controversial tweets.

7 Teresa Aprea & Nicole Napolitano

Teresa and Nicole were gorgeous twin sisters who came on in season six. As a duo, it was clear they were more entertaining together than they were apart. It wouldn't have worked out if one of them came back in season seven without the other.

Their unique relationship with each other and their partners was amusing to watch but some fans felt like it was fake for the show. They even doubled up against OG Teresa Giudice. But it looks like their joint drama wasn't enough to land them a second season, or even the likability from fans. Bustle reported that the twins were not asked back for season seven as the show was going in a different direction.

6 Kathy Wakile

Kathy Wakile was interesting to watch because of her relation to Teresa and Joe, but other than that, what did she bring to the table? She was dramatic but had a calm force to her, unlike the other housewives. Kathy ended up being on the series as a main cast member for three seasons before being demoted to a friend. She had altercations with Caroline and Melissa, but her main target was Teresa.

When she wasn't fighting with family, Kathy showed off her businesses while raising her two kids with her husband of over 20 years.

5 Jacqueline Laurita

Jacqueline Laurita was on RHONJ for the first five seasons before taking a break and coming back for one more final season in season seven. In the first two seasons, Jacqueline was incredibly close to Teresa but when that relationship dissolved, her storyline got messy.

Fans loved the Jacqueline they saw in earlier seasons but found her spiraling in season seven. She took things personally and it was clear she didn't trust anyone like she used to. However, Jacqueline was fun to watch and seeing her home life was just as enjoyable as it was watching her yell at her friends.

4 Siggy Flicker

Siggy Flicker was a lot to take in. She had a big personality and even bigger dreams. She spoke loudly, loved hard, and would react just as big when she was upset. As an entrepreneur, viewers saw the impact it had on her marriage and how her children reacted to her kind of parenting.

She was overbearing but wildly successful. And as dramatic as she was over the smallest of things, Siggy Flicker made great reality television. But after two seasons, Siggy left the group because she felt like she was being bullied by the other ladies.

3 Caroline Manzo

Caroline Manzo was an instrumental part of the show for five straight seasons. And unlike some of the other women who still popped up as a friend or guest, Caroline stayed away from the series. Like Jacqueline—who is Caroline's sister-in-law—Caroline was also close with Teresa at the start of the series, but as time went on, fame got to them and their relationship fell apart.

Caroline was incredibly poised and well-spoken at all times. It made arguing with her impossible because she always knew what to say next. In fact, her home-life with her husband and three kids was, at times, more entertaining than her storylines with the other ladies. She ended up getting her own spinoff show Manzo'd with Children.

2 Danielle Staub

To be fair to Danielle Staub, the show has never painted her in a good light. She is consistently the villain in every storyline she's in. Even in season nine when Bravo filmed her wedding, Danielle's feud with her friend Margaret outshined the actual event.

But as is the case with every reality TV show, villains make the best castmates. As outlandish and hostile as Danielle has been, fans cannot get enough to Staub. It's hard to say if Andy will ever ask her to be a main cast member again but she still shows up as a guest.

1 Dina Manzo

Dina Manzo was a cast member in seasons one and two before leaving the show and coming back again in season six. Dina was the sister of Caroline Manzo, sister-in-law of Jacqueline Laurita, and best friend to Teresa Giudice. What separated Dina from Caroline and Jacqueline is that she chose her friendship with Teresa over them.

Dina always had a shining light of independence around her and made herself relatable to viewers. She was best friends with her daughter and would rather stay inside in sweats with her pets than go out with the ladies. Viewers want more of Dina but she recently moved to California, which would no longer make her a housewife of New Jersey. But fans can wish!
