Is Tayshia Adams from The Bachelorette engaged!? Possibly, if the rock that recently appeared on her Instagram story is, in fact, an engagement ring.
Reality Steve made previous speculations about Tayshia's ending, hinting that the 30-year-old doesn't pick anybody at the end of the season. The Bachelor Nation blogger later stated Tayshia gives her final rose to (spoiler alert!) Zac Clark, but doesn't get engaged to him. On the most recent episode of The Bachelorette, Tayshia connected on a deep level with Zac, 36, who shared his troubled past. As a teenager and during his 20s, Zac battled alcohol and drug addiction. His struggles ultimately led to the end of his first marriage. Tayshia was inspired by Zac's story of recovery, which includes opening his own addiction treatment center in New York. She gave him the date rose, securing Zac a spot as one of the frontrunners.
Despite Reality Steve's claims that Tayshia's Bachelorette journey doesn't end with a proposal, a certain finger on her left hand looked rather sparkly on Tuesday. According to Cosmopolitan, fans spotted what looked very much like an engagement ring on Tayshia's Instagram story. She posted a video of herself making coffee in a wine glass while recording her podcast, Click Bait With Bachelor Nation. Using her left hand to hold and pose with the glass, Tayshia clearly was not trying to hide anything.
Now, it's possible the ring doesn't equal an engagement. Maybe it's a friendship or promise ring, or a holiday treat Tayshia got for herself. However, it may be exactly what it looks like, indicating Tayshia does find love on The Bachelorette. But the only question is...who's the lucky guy? It could very well be Zac C. But in previews for next week's episode, he appears to lose some luster in Tayshia's eyes when he admits to cheating in a past relationship. Other possibilities include Ivan Hall, who Tayshia bonded deeply with during a discussion about being mixed race and growing up in a predominantly white community. There's also Brendan Morais, who Tayshia said she could see herself marrying on their date (even though the adorable horseback ride was regularly interrupted by Chris Harrison).
Bachelor Nation cannot wait to see the outcome of the whirlwind that has been this season of The Bachelorette. After Clare Crawley shook things up in week two by leaving abruptly with fiancé Dale Moss, it seems only fitting this adventure has to end on a surprising note. Chris Harrison always says, "It's the most dramatic season ever." This time, he may just be correct.
The Bachelorette airs Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
